    Actually it also applies to Sydney cinemas. It looks like it guessed my city from my IP address and showed me those.

    Also it's more like buy 2 get 1, because you have to buy the first 1 to get a bounceback card for 2 for 1.

    i wont -ve this post .. but it's not a bargain when you compare this with their Xmas Deal .. buy a 50$ giftcard and receive a free double-pass (1 year validity).

    Think about this, you have to watch a movie on the 26th (costs like 18$ if you watch alone), and then have to spend another 18$ in Feb to get a free ticket (and I doubt that you can claim it online, meaning you have to purchase it at the Box). so now, you will have to spend a minimum of $36 within 3 months … (or perhaps $54 if you watch the movie on the 26th with your mate). Besides, i doubt you would be able to enjoy the movie after a whole marathon-day within the shopping malls LOL :-)

    while the other deal, you spen 50$, and receive 50$ gift card + 1 double-pass (86$ worth) to be spent within 12 months.

    My humble suggestion, go for their Xmas Deal (expired on 24th), or buy a 5-passes ticket from bigPond store for $57 delivered (dont have to be BigPond customer).

      Well to be precise you don't have to go the first time on Boxing day, it says "from Boxing day". So you could go on a cheapskate day (Mon? Tue?) But also there's the condition that you have to spend the 2 for 1 on the same day and same session, i.e. take a partner.

      So this deal doesn't do anything for me, so I'll pass.
