    Can't pay for anything.
    Checkout via Paypal - paypal is not available, try proceed to checkout and choose another payment option.

    Proceed to checkout, pay via paypal produces a 502 from your gateway.
    I haven't been able to order for around 24 hours, no one cares though for some reason …

    Same issue affects searching, enter search term, hit search button error 502 from upstream proxy.

    Broken for around 2 weeks now, but not being able to choose paypal checkout means cant order.

          It's cashrewards for me.

          Private browser, no cashrewards, can complete the payment.

          Close incognito, open again with clean cookies, go to cashrewards, log in, proceed to litb, cant pay, 502 on every post attempt etc :(.

          I gave up on the 5% back for the time being.

          I found another way that is working.

          Ensure cashrewards active
          -> Add item to cart
          -> Directly choose paypal checkout (its working now, wasnt 10-15min ago)
          -> Enter paypal details, agree to authorise the full amount
          -> click pay in paypal
          -> Returns to shipping field, choose right shipping, remove shipping insurance and apply coupon
          -> Click pay via paypal, order complete

    Beware LITB. I have been waiting my xiaomi temperature and humidity sensor over 50 days now and still have not got it. The ticket had been raised to customer service and they told me to wait 60 days. It is not like they guarantee between 10-25 business days or 30 business days.

      Flag it with mininthebox - that's what the reps are here for. Escalation points. The 60 days is their mandatory "we wont action a lost item". They then typically require a few prods to process the refund.

      Shoot the rep a PM with the order number and some details and I'm sure they will try and help out.

      For the public (no contact with a rep), can claim using PayPal INR, process takes a week.

      Even tracked items they won't action for 60 days. Australia Post lose heaps of my incoming parcels and then say have the sender contact us. No scan after sorting centre (someone pockets the items). I end up usually putting in an INR in paypal rather than chase them through their support.
