$75 PER MONTH for 24 MONTHS. how is this even a deal to begin with?

    • Fixed that. Thanks.

  • Title needs $75 per month in title or $1800 over 24 months.

    • Fixed it, thanks!

  • Needs to clarify that there is data included in a plan

      Done, Mr. President.

  • Should mention this includes 10gb data a month and I assume free streaming of certain services like Netflix.

    • Mod just added it, thanks.

Thanks OP. but given the new iPad is coming soon. (June 2018) Not sure whether this is a good time to get the iPad Pro.

Just got myself one. As I see it, I get 200GB for $107 per month. Using that on my Mobile Broadband modem, and I got my home broadband covered, making it equivalent to getting an Ipad Pro 12.9 256GB for : 107-70(price of Vividwireless 200GB per month)=37. Then multiplying this by 24 equals to $888. The new Ipad Pro will be nowhere near this price :D
And let us not forget the Apple Pencil that can easily be resold for $100, bringing it further down to $788 for an Ipad Pro.

      • In that case I think it works out well for you. I wish 200GB is enough for my family.
But do keep in mind tho, once the new iPad Pro is out. This iPad Pro might have a significant price drop. (my 9.7 inch iPad Pro is a good example, after 10.5 inch came out)

      • Im told that uploads are included for mobiles…

despite that, downloading a 1gb home video from a friend… takes 2-3gb on mobile broadband

pretty shit compared to the last offer 512gb model + 100gb data $80pm, guess the bonus pen is compensation..

Personally, I don't think this is a deal.

    The new ipad with the pencil will cost 145 + 799 = $ 944
Total cost 1800 - 944 = 856, which is 35.6 dollars per month locked in contract for 10gb.

I just don't think paying 35.6 dollars for 10gb per month with a lock-in contract is a good idea as there are so many optus deals nowadays offering more than data with only 12 month lock-in contract.

That's US pricing for the 12.9" and WiFi only. The 12.9" iPad (w/ cellular) is $1399 + $145 for the pencil = $1535. So, it works out to be around $11/month for 10GB data.

        • That's the 9.7 Inch model, not the 12.9 inch. Also you are comparing an iPad with an iPad Pro.

        • This is the 12.9" Pro which has double the RAM, faster CPU, better camera, screen (120Hz w/true-tone, wider colour-gamut)…you can't compare the new iPad based on the monthly cost of this offer for the Pro.

        • Oh my, my bad. Made a huge mistake.

  • If only they had a similar deal for the 10.5

      • Ah ok, was hoping it came with the pen, i guess we'll just have to wait and see

        • These deals aren’t good compared to the last offers, if you don’t need one urgently wait it out

They had the 512gb + 200gb of data for $80pm. Crying myself to sleep that i missed it

    • When was that? The best I've seen was $120/m for the 512GB + 200GB.

      • about 2 months ago it was 100 gig

This one is the updated one that paulaus mentioned. I even called up and asked if they had any stock that didn't show up online and offered to pay $80 for the 256gb + 200gb of data and they wouldn't let me. The link in this post is the same link except they just removed the 512gb variant because it's out of stock

      • OK, I see. That was 80/m for 100GB not 200GB. Thanks.

  • this is expired -
    new price
    $80 - 10gb
    $90 - 50gb
