Saw this one and thought would post as its usually cheaper to buy the printer than the ink separately. I got the $29 printer last year and have had no problems. My local DSE had a whole mountain of them, I am sure they are not the best printer but hopefully good deal for some.

HP 2000 (J210a) Colour Printer Deskjet - Single Function Retails for around $60

EDIT: Apparently Harvey Norman have one for $19 also (different advertised model)

    FYI Harvey Norman have the HP DJ1000 lower model for $19 if you really want to cheap it out

    These just have starter cartridges. Soon after purchase you will have to by full cartridges.

    bought one of these from Harveys for $19 as they were out of the DJ1000's and offering this instead.
    got it home, set it up…. it doesnt print black.
    printed all other colours fine, just anything black it wont print.

    after sussing it out, it was definately a hardware issue with the printer as it was doing the same on photocopies direct on the unit itself, narrowing out any PC related issues.

    not saying all of these are faulty, but you do get what you pay for sometimes….

    I took mine back today, got a refund, and went and bought a 2tb External HDD to store my porn on.
    Much better value for money! ^_^

    Crap deal..these printers r 29$ everywhere. dick smith did have wireless model for 29$ a while back. bring that back!

    Still a mad cheap deal from all of those with a less than $35.00 price tag, the inks by themselves are worht much more anyhow +ve from me

      Yes, but these printers only come with tester cartridges (less than half full).

    See if you can get your cartridges on eBay.

    I get a full set of 6 for my dearer HP and they only cost like $20 from Hong Kong.
