That's a shame, I've always had really good customer service from them.
Me too, maybe they delivered to the wrong place because whenever we get the delivered message, it is sitting at the door. Or maybe they had a stuff up in their system. Guess it happens but they should organise your refund more speedily than that.
Even had the nerve to text us with "your box was delivered" on each occassion and ask for review of their meals.
How dare their automated messaging system not know your order wasn't delivered!
