      I was in the Birkenhead Point Merrell outlet store today and they were running the same offer. All clothing and bags in store were heavily reduced.

    Their website sucks, I placed an order but during checkout it said there were no items in my card, I placed a second order only to receive a confirmation email for both. I have called the number listed on their website however had to leave a message as there was answer.

    Just had an email saying 2 of my 3 items were unable to by supplied and I will be getting a refund. Anyone know how that works with the Amex promo if $63 of my $90 order is refunded? Do I still keep the cashback?

      Probably - usually you only lose the credit if the payment and refund exactly match.

    Bollocks. Maybe they put all of the names in a hat and drew them out at the end of the day. Seems to be in keeping with the level of sophistication with their online ordering system.

    Im pissed .The only item they supplied was just some thing I threw in to pad out the deal ….ended up paying 10 shipping on a 10 item.
