    Just went in stores to try and collect my order and was told head office called down to tell all stores to hold stock while they figure this whole thing out… Ffs

    it should be on clearance, because it's battery does not last long enough after 6 months.
    mine is around 8 Monhs and the battery lasts max an hour.
    I have to use power bank to power this inferior product.

      It seems to be a common issue with bt speakers, disposable items. If producers were in good faith they would use batteries you can replace.

    No luck. Went to the chadstone vic store and a trainee employee was just about to hand my order over when another employee got in to the conversation and said it was a pricing error and they are waiting on instructions from the head office. They have received emails from head office saying not to honour this and wait for instructions

        I got pick up confirmations too. The employee who said it was a pricing error was on a call at a corner of the click and collect area and finished the call and came to join the conversation just before the trainee employee was going to give me the goods. If that fricking phone call lasted 2 more minutes, I would have walked out of the store with my flip 4's lol

        • @franco cozzo: If the store isn't far away, and you already received the pickup email, then I would advice that you head to the store and pick it up. I already received both a call and an email, and didn't get a second email or call about cancellation or anything.

    • I, and other individuals here, already got the 'ready for pickup' emails and phone calls so wouldn't they have contacted us again if it was a pricing error and they wouldn't honor it?

      • Well I got ready for pickup + invoice emails too. This store employee said she is going to call everyone after head office issue instructions on how to proceed. She said it might be offering a fair price to purchase or a refund. But I think they might decide to honour this price as well because it might be too much of a hassle to revoke the orders after sending invoices and all that.

          I am afraid that's the case. I think you've got a rogue employee who either wanted it for their mate, or for themselves. If you check the number of units they sold this morning, it would be madness to cancel all those orders after they informed almost everyone that their orders were ready for pickup. You should have fought back, or asked to see the store manager or something. If not many people get theirs cancelled in the same manner yours was cancelled, then get back to them and demand that they honor it since they sold it for this price to hundreds of people.

    Just got the email, TGG dishonoured my order of two.

    WTH

    • I spoke to them about it and they mentioned that dependent on the store stock. They had to cancel a few orders.

      My store mentioned that they had 15 orders and only 10 in stock so 5 orders had to be cancelled

    Thankfully I rang ahead and went to my local around 10.30 and picked one up before the head office instructions came through.

      • Just checked my email and ebay app. No message yet regarding order cancellation as of writing. Only email I received from ebay is an order confirmation indicating est delivery date at timestamp 9.20am.

        Crossing my fingers still.
