How would this differ from the Kmart washable 100% Aus wool quilts?

  Tontine quilt is "Made in Australia" (as per eBay listing), Kmart one says "Made in China" on packing.
  
  The filling weight could be different, can't find info for Kmart quilt.

I always wonder when companies make "100% Australian" claims…are they saying the product contains 100% wool, or are they saying it is 100% Australian?

ie.
(100% Australian wool)
