Sounds good - how big are the sample sizes?

    • nothing about size on the site

      • +1

        That's why I asked!

        • Hands snickers and nods

        • +4

WTF - what's with all the negs… thought it was an obvious reply to a pretty obvious reply… Anyway, still wouldn't mind knowing the sample size… Throw me some more negs!

          @THE FLUFFY ONE:

I'm allergic to peanuts - but thanks anyway

says can refuse to send out samples ……….so they get your email, can send out emails, but at their discretion decide to not send out samples.

      • Use a temp email or make one up.

        • +1

Go to any Indian shop and get what you deserve in $1.
Will not risk at trying something in the sample.

    • +1

Maybe 2 gram just for you to snort into your nose

      • Ouch… Red hot chili peppers just eat half of one. Killer ones in most indian food stores.

        • Yabba dabba yabba dabba dabba do now

  • Thank OP Ordered

  • Thank you. Ordered

I can see their fair use policy kicking into action very quickly!

Definitely not giving out legit phone number XD

      Thanks OP. Ordered:
Coriander & Cumin Powder (Dhana Jeeru)
      Garam Masala
      Chai (Tea) Masala

  • Thanks OP - ordered.

Regardless of the sample size, it's worth a go.

  • +2

Thanks OP, I'm not a Robot.

  • Why do they need a phone number?

    • So they can call you and ask if you need some more.

    • +1

You can leave that blank, I did.

    • people can easily create 10 email accounts but they probably don't have 10 sims, so you check from phone number if there is somebody ordering lost of samples. Harder to check with addresses as you add space, etc.

It's one of the reason facebook wants phone numbers ….. they match across accounts and can see that one number had 10 accounts …..

also follow up calls …. SMS and calling mobiles is cheap as lost of unlimited free call and SMS plans now, email you forward to junk folder.

It's a pan when they start SMSing you.

    Hello,
We are actually looking to buy Indian spices, including masala, etc to make dhal, etc.

Is there a particular brand recommended by our authentic Indian foodies here that can be bought in Australia?

    • +2

I recommend you go for the brand MDH - they are usually stocked at most indian grocery stores. They have a great reputation in India and make spice blend boxes (e.g Dal http://mdhspices.com/product/mdh-dalmakhani-masala/)

I use them to make all sorts of curries (I also make my own spice blend from scratch), but they never seem to disappoint.

        Thanks a lot.

        Really appreciate it.

One of the chefs on a recent cruise recommended a Pakistani brand, but I forgot the name.

They sure cook amazing Indian food on a cruise.

        • +4

          Was the name "Shan"?

        • +2

          @hussey25:

          Yes, yes!!!
Thank you so much. Spot on.

        • @movieman: haha no problem

        • Which cruise was that? Me and my friend's on a cruise with Princess Cruise had very difficult time to get them to make even an average Indian food.

          @mnc:

          RCI - Royal Caribbean International.
It was on Ovation, which is a Quantum class ship, hence maybe a higher standard?!

    • I'm interested too

  • Its a marketing strategy guys. They could sell your data to a third party marketing company or use it to send your marketing stuff.

    Dhanyavad OP.

  • Spam email, post office address, disconnected phone number. Ez.

  • Did anyone receive these?
