    I think the number of points you get is based on how many points you currently have. They give you enough points to get you to 2000.

    My offer is 1600 points. Activated, scanned and made a purchase this morning. 1600 points did not appear on the receipt. Does anyone know if the points are credited instantaneously at check out? Did I miss out anything?

      usually the points are credited at checkout and should appear on your receipt. How long prior to checking out did you activate your offer?

        I activated mine yesterday and shopped this morning - no mention on the receipt.

        However I went on chat with them this afternoon and they said I had fulfilled the offer and it would take up to 5 days to be credited.

          Oh that's weird cause whenever I get one of those "spend x amount in one transaction to get x amount of points" offers, I usually get credited the points immediately and it'll show up on the receipt.

          I expected that too - I pointed out the the T&C made no mention of 5 days and they said they'd had a few calls about it. Nothing to be done but wait and see. And keep hold of my receipt!

          @gadgetguy: If you have not kept the receipt, you could check woolworths rewards online to make sure that the transaction is there. I'd be waiting to see if the bonus points would be credited next week.

          @tastycheeks: Yeah. It's weird that the points did not show up on the receipt. I've another offer of "Get 800 points when spend $50 on a single transaction by this Sunday" on another reward card. Activated yesterday and shopped this morning, the 800 bonus points did not show up on the receipt. Receipt says "You've activated your offer! Don't forget to shop next week too!". I guess Woolworths has changed the T&C.

          I just bought something from the same store and it added the 1800 points instantly. I guess customer service were wrong and the first transaction didn't trigger the offer for some reason.

          Bit annoying.

          It's possible that they hadn't updated their Receipting system until Friday 27 April, but that the transactions were still recorded on their backend systems/databases (in which case it may take a few days to be credited).

          Those who didn't get an immediate points credit should keep their receipts as proof.

      My points showed up on the receipt in 2 spots (under "Points This Shop:" and a separate section titled "A Gift From Us - We've topped up your balance …").

      Activated offer on Friday AM and shopped 4 hour later.

    I wonder what you have to do to be targeted by this? We have an account that gets used often - No offer and another that we almost never use. No offer on that one too. Both have reasonable amounts of points saved

    I got this offer too, I live on the Gold Coast and the shop I could get my 1200 bonus points was 700km away….I had to google where Kin Kora was, never heard of the place before lol
