      Do you know if the is a limit on good guys gift cards through racq? Do they come through instantly?

        There is a limit. But you can change the default value from $50 to $5000. I think with GG, its a maximum of $5000 for the month. JB is restricted to $500.

        I buy Coles vouchers from them which come through almost instantly.

          According to TGG giftcard conditions:

          Q. Can I use multiple gift cards for my online purchase?
          The website will only allow up to 2 gift cards to be redeemed per order.

          The maximum TGG e-giftcard I was able to find was $500, so the maximum value in any one transaction should be $1000. I took a punt as purchased two $500 e-giftcards and they arrived immediately. I am waiting till 5pm to see if it works.

        Cos this is quicker and needs less reading. Plus the exclusions are vague.. sometime they put the vendor name to exclude phones etc. but allow assesories'

          As a former TGG store employee, in my experience if you ask the same store you purchased it from, they probably will (as long as there’s no specific written exclusion that precludes it). At my prior store we took the price guarantee pretty seriously.

          If it was a TGG eBay purchase, no.

          Caveat- My employment was 2yrs ago so there’s a chance things have changed since then. Either way I’d ask.

    I'm guessing that it excludes specifically some Microsoft Surface and Surface Pro devices because there's another promotion to have these at 15% off. So they don't want you stacking both promotions.

    However, other devices like Microsoft Surface Book 2 may still be eligible for the 10% off ticketed price. Surface book was excluded from the other 15% off promo.
