  Had a bad experience with these guys i ordered a watch & faulty on opening i contacted them within 10 mins of receiving it then the fun began no reply for 2days & this is the short version then they offered me $10 refund so i could get it repaired on a Seiko watch i just paid $300 for that didn't go at all. then they delay and delay taking 3 or 4 days to reply to emails asking for a return address to send back for a refund at my expense 2 weeks later i got the return address and posted it back with tracking and sig then after 3 weeks they say they never got it even though it had been signed for by them . so they said no refund of course .then i put a claim into paypal that was refund within 12 hours . But the next day i get a email from Creation watches saying they will repair the watch and send it back. ?But how can you sent it back to me if you never received it "I also question the authenticity of the watch i got on close inspection .i wouldn't buy a watch battery off Creationwatches .good luck to you if you do .

    I too had a bad experience with them. Sent me a faulty automatic watch which ran 5 mins slow per hour! I raised this issue but they only offered to repair the watch which I will have non of it. After back and forth on emails, I ended up getting ebay guarantee to step in and give me a refund for the watch and return shipping cost.
