  Damn that Brisbane to gold coast at $271 is rich, but I guess still probably cheaper than a taxi or Uber, and if on a weekend also faster than the M1 including airport check in time etc

    Flight Scout focuses more on return fares than open jaw - however there is a UK site where you could find some great deals from London and transit back through.

    Flight Scout does the work to find the cheapest fares and available travel dates and then can book with an agent other than booking with Tiger direct … you may also find a deal you weren't expecting on Flight Scout as it shows all the best fares out of your local city :)

    iwtf includes tiger in their search results for comparison, would be good if Flight Scout (sky scanner) did too.

    Also prefer iwtf for accuracy compared to sky scanner. Sometimes search yields fares that are no longer available.

  I nabbed Melb to Gold Coast return $111 plus cc fee of around $2.50. Combined with my Gold Coast to Japan Jetstar flight of $320 return this has worked out well.

  Need return flights from Brisbane to Melbourne end of July and back early August, have been keeping an eye out but so far no discount fare for that period, may I ask if it is a peak season ? I checked and its not school holiday at all so don't understand no sale fare for that period.
