$50 Cashback When Ordering a New Travel Money Card (Min. AUD $3,000 Load in Foreign Currency) @ Westpac

41

Just saw this offer on my mobile app home screen and figured some Ozbargainers might find it worthwhile.

If you're not travelling soon it's probably not such a great deal (you must load $3000 AUD into any of the available foreign currencies), however the $50 cashback might help offset the abysmal exchange rates Westpac offer compared with other foreign exchange providers :-P

If you have met all conditions of the offer you will receive $50 AUD cashback onto your card within 6-8 weeks after the offer end date.

not worth the $50. bad deal.

  • The exchange rate takes more than $50

    • I was just about to post the same thing. Not really a bargain.

  • If you load $3000 in foreign currency, they earn at least $100 AUD, no thanks.

  • A better option would be the HSBC everyday global account.

nah. ING or Citibank is much better.

  • Not a good deal considering their inflated exchange rates. It‘s better to get the best rate in town prior to travelling.

  • Where does everyone get their foreign currency exchanged?
