  Am i missing something.. or would it just be easier to hook up heating+pump to "standard" power and then use this money to get solar panels separate..?

    There's actually quite a few homebrew methods to accomplish similar results that are cheap, simple & relatively effective…many do not require any considerable technical experience! :)

    Last inground pool I had, I whipped one up out of black poly pipe, solar panels, SLA battery & 12v pump…my mates scoffed until they too enjoyed the extra few months swimming…one actually laughed the other day about sitting outside in the pool on a nippy night at the cusp of winter with the steam wafting around us sipping beers!

    It did help that I also had one of those bubble-wrap pool covers too! ;)

  While 10% off maybe a good discount if I was in the market right now, I very much doubt if it gives me any urgency to divert funds being spent elsewhere, especially as summer is half way through. If you do have better offers then you might want to come back again when you do. As a spa owner I think the product may have merit, but as I said -10% isnt going to make me buy now, especially on a new product that doesn't have a track record,

  THIS is a bargain site, people visit here for bargains, not just general products.

  What warranty do you actually offer on the collectors? All I can find on your site is "should last a minimum of 25 years". Same question on the pumps and panels, I cannot find any warranty information for these.

  Hey petestrash,

  5 year warranty on the polymer panels
  2 year warranty on the pumps
  2 year materials and workmanship + a 10/20 year 90/80% performance warranty on the Montech cell panels

  Hmmm I'll have to update the website…

  We've being testing systems for 6 months now, can't expect much to go wrong, it's such a simple system.
