I have the Explorer card and I think the offer applies to all card (but can't be sure). The operator mentioned about the promotion when I called up.

No need to guarantee for a supp card. Just call them, provide her name, dob, address and they’ll mail it to you.
They told me the supplementary cardholder would need to have an Australian ID e.g. driver license, Medicare, passport.
Yes this is true must have one of the 3 Aussie IDs u noted. When I first did the explorer that was not the case but ran in to a wall of troubles trying to add my sister who has none of those 3 noted IDs

up to 4 usually depends on card type. some like DJ charge and business cards its up to 99. dam ID cant sign up my dog any longer lol might have to get him a passport soon.

No. Supplementary card for plat edge are free :)

Out of topic but does anyone know what happens if you made a booking with the travel credit in advance but cancelled the card before the annual fee gets charged? Will the booking automatically be cancelled or do they force you to pay the annual fee?
Am wondering about this too. Have you found out the answer?
