Ordered a King mattress from them recently, was cheaper than the bed frame. Have no complaints, very happy with the purchase considering the price!
Purchased this on last sale a few weeks ago for the guest room, feels supportive per the comments and no regrets on the purchase.
Only down side compared to a much pricier main mattress ( which has a pillow top and reinforced springs on edges) you do really notice the sag on the side of the mattress when getting off or sleeping closer to the edge so just end up a little more centered on the mattress.
I wonder if they're able to fix that if they increased the price.

Change of mind returns with only %10 restocking fee (zzz atelier %15) both vendors make you pay return shipping.
For warranty they claim they will pay return shipping unlike zzz atelier.
ive heard in other threads its not as good as this one. i cant even find any negative reviews about this one, so i grabbed one

They are both pretty close by could return it myself for change of mind
They copied the product from Zzz Atelier. I saw them both cut in half. Trust me, you do not want to go for the OzPlaza one. They cut all possible corners to make the product cheap but far from being as comfy as the Zzz Atelier stuff.
They have sold almost 3000 units but also 844 negative marks (not necessarily re the mattress) in the past 12 months gives me pause.
The zzz atelier warranty does have some concerning points though:
Zzz Atelier has sole discretion to determine the value of each repair, replacement or refund.
This warranty does not cover:
-Comfort layer and materials
-Bed Height
-Mattress firmness
-A mattress or base that, on inspection by Zzz Atelier is found to be stained or in an unsanitary condition (this seems a very easy and open ended method of denying a warranty claim)
To be eligible for claiming under warranty, the mattress must be free from soiling, stains and tears.
All our warranties are back-to-base warranty. This means you will be responsible for returning the defective product or part to our nominated service centre or warehouse and for the shipping of the repaired or replaced product or part when it is ready.
Is the king really over 50kgs, man that's heavy, still tempted though.

Got one last time, good mattress, a bit on the softer side compared to a really comfy mattress that sells in a shop locally in Vic. For a $500 difference, this was a no brainer.

If you go to the store's page on eBay, they're all the ones at the bottom of the list. Their titles and thumbnails are terrible… it's not immediately clear. You have to read them closely.

bought the other week find it too soft with all that padding to make it 34cm thick. also the padding feels uneven in parts so there are some hollow spots. expecting it to sag in the middle pretty badly with use. worth the money though because matressess from shops are a total rip off
I recommend this product and the store. The mattress is far better in quality compared to the likes of 800-1000$ ones

Same here, ordered 5/6 and delivered this morning to Brisbane. I unpacked it this morning and left a window open for some ventilation. There is a smell, but it isn't toooo bad.

No flip technology, designed to eliminate the need to flip your mattress.
How do you tell the top from the bottom with this mattress? Does your head go on the end with the TAG or is it the other way around?
The top has the design on it as well as a nice soft pad, the bottom is plain black and you can feel the springs.

I just figured the tag should probably be at the foot of the bed. I just want to make sure I have the right sleeping zones when laying on the thing.
@warpath6: The Ebay listing pic seems to indicate the tag at the foot of the bed. That's what I will go for when mine is delivered.
