  This seems like an expensive way to purchase WPI considering a basic pancake mix consists of -

  1 large free-range egg
  1 cup of self-raising flour
  1 cup of milk

  This recipe costs hardly anything & has enough protein for one sitting. Your body can only absorb a certain amount of protein at a time.

    I agree that most food products can be replicated with a little know-how, but there is undoubtedly a cost of convenience.

    As for amounts of protein you can process at a time, this really depends on how much you exercise and your body type, so we can't paint a general brush onto the entire population.

    Your body can do a 30g serving of protein. If you’re trying to build muscle, i don’t think those ingredients is enough protein per serve.
