Good question, I would guess you can only use it once but on any task.
Tried on a new task and came up with an error saying that this code is only valid for a first task.
The referral links appear to be a better for new users as it rewards $25 to the user rather than $20 - plus some lucky OzBargainer gets $10.
Does anyone know if it's possible to stack the referral and this discount?
Does anyone have any experience with hiring an electrician from Airtasker? Or should I just google one?
Similar in some ways - hired a mechanic via AT. Worked out great. They are more friendly imo, and more willing to explain what they can do for you before you commit. Especially if multiple people bid or comment on your task.
Just make sure they are
- licensed
- have lots of positive reviews
I hired an eletrician to install about a dozen new downlights, ceiling fans and exhaust fans…. great guy, licensed, provided all materials, cleaned up thoroughly and checked in a few days later. Saved about $550 compared to other quotes received.
