  • Seems like a good deal as I haven't been able to find it cheaper. I am after one but not looking to spend that much, although the capactive screen is mighty tempting.

    Frank's Camera?

  • Would this fit in a 2011 hybrid Camry?

    • +2

Yep, just need some extra stuff to make it fit.

Fascia not required, '11 40 series Hybrid Camry already has Toyota size double DIN unit (200mm). Only needs side trims as DDX9018DABS is 180mm wide. Better option for this Camry is a DDX918WS which is 200mm wide and semi-plug and play.

        • Is this something you've already installed? I'm beginning my research into this hardware/software….

Wouldn't mind something a bit more functional than the stock head unit…

@clandestino: I run a small mobile business that installs them, in particular specialising in Toyota.

        • +2

@clandestino: PinzVidz is right, the Aerpro website led me astray on this one.
I'm about to install a similar Kenwood in our Rav4. There's not much to it. Capacitive touchscreens are important IMO, much nicer than resistive screens.

        • @FTTNope: What about reflection? I hear resistive is better in that regard?

  • Any way to get this thing in to an FG Falcon?

    • +1

      Nope.

  • How much if a DRV-N520 dash cam is added to the package?

  • Rep are you including extra cabling for the camera? The CMOS-130 only comes with short flyleads…

  • Where can I get this installed in sydney?and how much?

Been wanting to upgrade but no idea how to change.

    • Frankies stores are at Albion park (about 30 minutes drive south from Wollongong) and their other store is Nowra (about 1.5 hours from Wollongong) .
They might install it cheap, since you're buying the unit from them. If you're willing to travel down from Sydney a bit.
