Doesn't work for me either. My account was originally registered for eBay US and don't seem to get targeted or segmented offers despite having every setting on AU.

Yeah, same here. Made the account in Canada but keep getting eBay.ca emails and offers despite changing country to AU. The strange thing is that I do get some AU offers, just not very many.
AFAIK we have to contact support and ask them to change our country.

Put $120 of stuff into my cart, after making sure it's all from Australia, then go to checkout and 3/4 of it has been removed! Anyone else getting this?

Seems 20 items per checkout is the maximum in one transaction.
Also, I've tried applying the code with $129 in the cart, but it says I'm not meeting the minimum for the code? SO might be $120 AFTER discount which is seriously dodgy.

I've got the same issue, trying to use WISH15 and wouldn't give me it until I put in USD$125 in my cart before it finally gave me AUD$15 off (USD$11.34). Holding off until tomorrow so I can talk to the ebay live chat support about it.

Nothing for my account at all, very much like in recent months where I have been targeted for no discounts at all. I've been using eBay regularly recently, so it appears people who spend little get bonuses while those that spend regularly get nothing.
So eBay, I'm going to but back my purchases through your site to get a better deal.

My account which is never targeted for anything got WISH20, so I think everyone gets it.
No discounts here at all. None for the last few rounds of discounts. My account has been active since 1997 (first on ebay USA, and on AU when it started) so loyalty is not rewarded.

Got the WISH20 and I don't think I'll use it. These codes are offered right after you have made purchases on eBay.
Exactly right, I spent $150 on a jumpstarter powerbank the other day and had no coupon other than PULL5. Now they sent me $20 off smh

not once have I been targetted for an eBay promo. I guess this is why I try to shop elsewhere. I never used to bother but seeing all these codes I miss out on makes does wonders to change my shipping behaviour.Do you buy a lot from eBay? I also miss out on 70%-80% of these promos, especially the good ones. It seems most people have at least one or two accounts that they don't use at all, just for these codes. The more you buy from eBay, the less you will be targeted.
And also, you need to opt in for the promos as well (you have to check in your settings and tick some boxes, can't remember which ones, for you to get these offers).

As always, the postage/delivery cost is excluded from eBay promos, so, no. In this case, you might need to add one or more items to push the cost of the item(s) to $120+.

I've been targeted in all the targeted 10% dealies also, have been spending thousands in the past few months, have saved around $400-500 compared to buying from elsewhere.
Maybe eBay targets the inactive and small spenders (to get them in) and big spenders (because they have a track record of buying a lot and are more likely to buy up during discounts)Weird, received a second email saying it expires today, but T&C haven’t changed.

You don't want to do that. There will be tens of thousands of items, and sifting through them to find what you actually want will be difficult.
