For historical purposes, the code is 8061822TWDV6YUK

  • Thanks. Nice find

  • Awesome, thank you! =)

  • Sweet, good piece of software and very good find.

  • thanks op, very useful being able to edit pdf's to word… good post!

  • love your work…

  • Is the registration code valid for subsequent re-installations (eg. onto a new PC, or reformatting HDD, etc)?

    • I can't see why not

  • I use PrimoPdf, always free, http://www.primopdf.com/index.aspx

    • isn't primopdf a pdf creator? PDFzilla is a PDF converter. ie, opposite direction.

  • Awesome, I'm sure it'll come in handy :)

just tested it out converting my CV in pdf to .doc. doesnt really handle formatting very well. all text just all down the page with none of the formating in the pdf. Also tried with an invoice pdf (lines everywhere etc) and it just comes out blank. anyone else gettin same results?

  • has anyone actually got it registered?

it says thanks for registering and asks for a restart. But, it still says unregistered when i restart it

As per OP, "You will need to run as administrator in order for registration to be successful"
To run as Admin in Win7/Vista, right-click on app name then select [Run as administrator].
It should then start as "Standard Version".

this works!! but the program itself is pretty poor for a converter! copt/paste function (pdf to word) does a better job!! sh*ts itself when it comes across some formatting. Dissapointing!

        • i dont really expect it to give me exact formatting 100%… but i have a stack of pdf's with a lot of text that this program has now converted to word. saved me a stack of typing!! if you know what you are doing with word, you can format a document very quickly using the format painter. .

it also did a reasonable job of sucking out most of the text in a jpg image i took with my iphone. for a free program, it does the job- im happy.

  • Do you need to install it before Feb 5th?

    • That would be my guess. But there's 1 way to find out …wait til Feb 6th!

  • Well the registration works, but the program is quite horrid.

Anyone not getting the results they want using PDFZilla. you might want to look at Foxit PDF Editor. "The first and still the only REAL editor for PDF files, allows you to easily and efficiently change contents in any existing PDF files."

    http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/editor/

    • I think Adobe with their Acrobat program may have better right to claim being First and Real. I haven't tried FoxIt editor - the free reader is good.
I use PDF Xchange viewer which allows lots of mark-up and alteration to PDF documents
It is the best free viewer and comes with features other freeware doesn't have

  • Downloaded, tested, removed.

Good enough offer, but the program is rubbish and I won't be using it.
