    Damn, no coke zero.

    • +8

Coke Zero doesn't exist any more as far as I know. They're just Coke No Sugar I think?

      • Coke Zero still being sold @Foodland stores in SA!
        1.25L & the 24 pack varieties.

      • Still does, ordered some a few weeks ago:

        • Interesting. I read about this last year but it seems it never came to fruition?

          @Hinee:

          There was this recently:

          https://www.news.com.au/finance/business/retail/coke-no-suga…

While in some overseas markets, Zero is no more, in Australia it’s stubbornly hanging on taking up far more shelf space than its successor.

Indeed, Woolworths has told news.com.au they want to continue stocking Coke Zero “due to customer demand”.

Alison Watkins, chief executive of Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA), the company that produces Coke products in Australia, today said the transition to No Sugar was a “work in progress” because Australian consumers, more than any in the world, had taken Zero to their hearts. More needed to be done for customers to “understand” No Sugar.

Yet, come hell or high water, the company is under strict instructions from the US to ditch Zero.

Branding experts have warned replacing Zero is risky, while industry analysts have said the market is saturated and the big money was in bottled water.

        • @lysp:

This has turned out to be far more interesting than I expected. Amazing how the human mind works, with the whole market resisting the same drink in a different colour package.

        • +2

@Hinee: Nope, tastes different both can bottle and post mix

      • They still sell coke zero at certain retailers cause they have a contract to.. I think woolies still stock it

      • +6

        No sugar is diff product.

        • +9

I stopped drinking Coke because of this change… Coke Zero was the bomb…. Coke No Sugar is just shit in comparison.

  • $50 minimum?

    • +2

      Nope, no minimum :)

Might be worth adding that these "coca-cola drinks" don't actually include any actual coke products (ie no coke, diet coke, zero or no sugar )

This is great if you owned a small store.

    • +9

Or you’re as fat as a small store. Either way a big win

    • Milk Bars, Convenience Stores, Florists, Adult establishments…

  • Can I combine other products to get free fast shipping and then chuck out the coke?

    • I think so

    • You need the coke at checkout to have free expedited shipping so no, if you remove it it will just revert back to include the cost.

He is saying he will buy it, and throw it in the bin when it arrives I think.

          Correct

Neg for anyone who buys bottled water.

Why? My local tap water tastes like bleach.

  • Bulk Mother Sugar Free! Woo

    • Mother is pretty good value - works out $6.67 per 4 pack which is about the same as the Woolies sale price this week ($6.60 in NSW, possibly cheaper in states with no 10c/can surcharge)

  • Great news for Diabetics and obese people

Amazons next Promo : Buy one get one free insulin

  • is $23.99 for a 36 pack cheap?

    • Pretty cheap, if you want the free delivery.

    • +2

It's not bad (about $0.66/can) but I think BigW or Woolies/Coles get it sometimes in the mid 0.50s/can.

The 20 for $13.40 is the similar at $0.67/can.

Personally I can hold out for a Woolies/Coles weekly special sale. It's good however if you need a number of cartons and it's dropped to your door.

    • Currently cheaper per can at woolies.

  • +5

    Current coke offer at woolies:

    https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/84552/coca…

    $17.20 for 30 cans.

If you've got access to Woolies, then better deal at 57c per can vs 67c for the Amazon ones.

    • Buy $79 worth for $59

    • 36 cans for $20.64 = 57.3c per can on Amazon

      • It was $23.99 at the time.

  • +3

Not sure why this deal is being received so well.

I get it's free fast delivery, but tbh I can't find anything cheaper than Colesworths.

And inb4 you have to travel to Coles/Woolies, chances are you pass by one/visit one anyways.

Only good for people who get all their other groceries mailed in and not from a big supermarket…

The Kirks 30 Cans for $15 is good, cheapest I can find even without delivery.

      • Thanks for that, yes that is good (esp for states with can refund schemes)

      • Kirks is usually around $4/4.5 on discount for 10 pack.

Thanks OP. I just got 12 bottles of Coke No Sugar for $4 using my $20 gift voucher re the demise of the USA store for Australians

  • Mother Sugar Free 24 x 500mL vs Mother Sugar Free 24 x 500mL

Any opinions on the better one?

    • +2

      Mother Sugar Free 24 x 500mL

  • Good way to use up the $20 voucher, there's nothing else worth buying on there! Just a limited selection of mostly over priced junk. Got some flavoured Mount Franklin cans for $1.

  • Seems like Free Expedited shipping is not available in TAS - only $19.99 Priority shipping or the free regular shipping over $49 spend.

    • Tasmania's overseas. :P

The water is cuck deal. $5 at Coles and woolies most weeks. $10 pfft. Get stuffed
