      I did the same thing.

      Found you need to go to the home screen and at the bottom it states "How are you ordering today?". You should be ok from there.

    Anyone know how to actually apply the credits? They seem to be just sitting at the top of the screen, but not anywhere indicating they'll be used with you're on the Payment Screen.

      Didn’t have the balls to check as there’s no way of telling if your credit will go towards the payment or not until purchase is confirmed.

        Sure but it’s not clear if this credit at the top of the home screen will only be applied to new menu items or not. You have to have clicked buy before it tells you.

    Mac and cheese balls very underwhelming.
    Haloumi on top was half a teaspoon grated, barely a garnish.
    Thank goodness it was only $1.50 out of pocket

        Dunno just not a lot of flavour. A pretty mild macaroni and cheese deep fried ball. Not very Greek and while the aioli was good it didn’t quite make up for the odd concoction.

    This app is so painful. The last deal on here was ambiguous as to how you can use the credit you get. Tried this deal, difficult to just see the menu with prices as there seems to be a couple of different places to view similar things but only one or two of them let you order. More importantly I ordered 20 minutes ahead and got to the store at the pickup time and they said they hadn't even received my order yet, looked lost and haven't really made it clear if anything is being made. I received order confirmation through the app and email. I've been here over 10 minutes and two women who were waiting at the pickup queue when I got here are still here. People waiting at the counter to place an order and no-one is looking at her. Orders being served with "Sorry about the wait…"

    How to claim the $10 credit:
    1) On the app, select "Pay in-store" and your number should show up.
    2) Walk in store and order - confirm your order number and it coincides with the app.
    Upon ordering, the $10 is automatically used.
    3) Sit and "enjoy" OzBargain in the form of food

      I can confirm this works. If you choose the other option ("order ahead") the food still shows at full price when you try to place the order within the app.

          Can also confirm I ordered ahead, got anything I wanted from the menu and even though it doesn't say anything about -$10 when you confirm, it has deducted $10 as credit when the order has been finalised

    Added WINTER10 credit to my existing $10 credit from points redeemed (Valentines promotion). Existing credit does not have expiry date & can be used on any menu item.

    Asked staff member to ensure limited selection & short expiry Winter10 credit used first…

    THE MIGHTY BRISKET $13.50
    Credit ($10 Winter app credit) -$3.50
    Credit (Swap 80 points for $10 credit) -$10.00

    So have to use $6.50 on limited menu in next 13 days, instead of anything anytime.

    Harder to enjoy a deal when their App stuffs up billing😠

    🎬Free (quite large) seasoned chips 🍟 if you show a movie ticket with your order until 31/7🎬 Add your own condiments.

    Only noticed this after eating my free Pita & seeing a free movie. Was hungry 2 hours later, so asked & they gave me free chips🍟

      This is quite easy to abuse. Simply pick up a ticket someone has tossed after a movie has ended or ask as they leave. At least you have to order something else to redeem this.

        South Bank store had no sign about free chips if show movie ticket with order - but they knew about offer.

        Picked up a discarded movie ticket (10:30-12:30 session) at cinema across the road - found in first (clean) bin😊
