    Western union exchange rates are abhorrent, even with free code you'll definitely be paying a defacto fee in their rates, even more with greater amount.

    Transfer Wise is still cheaper even after applying WesterUnion’s first free code.
    BTW If you are new customer first transfer is free for TransferWise by using the referral link from Ozb.

      it doesn't work in all situations as I can understand, for example, I want to transfer money to the recipient so they can get cash at their point, and I couldn't figure out that option with Transfer Wise (at least for the country I want to send is not listed in the list of account country options)… :(

    tried it yesterday, instant transfer and receiver got cash (in WU point) money really quick, the difference for 200 USD transfer was less than $3 AUD in comparison with XE rates…
