    • wtf … Coupon code "JVSHIRQ" is not valid … lame

      • The 10% pop up code is only valid on non discounted products. You can see it mentioned at the bottom. :)

    Hi rep

Please discount the 16gb/month large plan again

    • I have got spare one, do u want one?

  • How long is the recharge voucher valid for?

    • Hi Scanuck,

We advise you to use the recharge voucher within 60 days of purchase.

      Thanks.

  • Can you get a bolt on for international roaming. Any comments on the coverage please, I'm with Vodafone & paying to much.any advice would be great.

  • Being lazy here - which network do these guys use? Are they any good in SA suburbs?

With amaysim ATM (really not impressed with them)..

    Should I switch over?

    • +1

      They use Voda.

Personally if you have network issues, then try a Telstra reseller like Aldi, Boost, Woolies, telechoice. Or even Telstra themselves.

Only other way is to try out voda & see.

      • Cheers!

I signed up on this for $180 for 360 days. Plan to bring that back? mine is expiring soon.

    • Hey Yoman,

This is a great price point and I believe it won't get discounted any further.

I suggest you to get this before the price goes back to $160.

      Thanks.

      • Hi op, i am looking to buy a new number, is it possible to have special number, i mean last 3 or 4 digits?? Thanks.

      • Thanks. My current doesn't expire till September. So, if i get it would lebara apply the credit so it automatically resumes?

    Got two !! thanks mate

  • It wouldn't let me order without adding the (free) $2 SIM. I know it's free but isn't that a bit of a waste if I don't need it?

    • Which link did you use? One is for the recharge voucher (the deal thumbnail), and the one I added in the description (which is the same link the rep posted in the first comment at the top) is for the Starter Pack. If you followed the latter then it comes with a SIM. Not sure if you tried to get the recharge voucher and it still didn't let you buy it without SIM.

      • I used the one on the right thumbnail, the page says Recharge Voucher at the top. It won't let me add to cart without adding the SIM.

Also tried the other link to make sure, that one says Starter Pack.

        • Hmm! That's weird. I bought my recharge from the last deal and I didn't have that issue. If they still will email you the voucher then I would really ignore the SIM. You're right, it's s bit of waste, but if that's the only way you can get it then I would say go for it. Otherwise, contact them.

@AussieDaddy: Yeah that's what I did. Thanks. Just trying to give Lebara some feedback to improve the process (and now in hindsight I'm not sure anyone from Lebara reads this thread, I just assumed).

  • Are you able to pause the service for a few months with this deal?

    • What do you mean "to pause the service"? Mind to clarify your question, Mibo?

for someone who is new to porting numbers, how long is the downtime min-max?

also, is it better to get a starter pack + recharge or wait for a 360 days starter pack discount?

    • I want to know it too.

  • Does this plan allow call forwarding?

  • my current lebara 360 days 5GB plan expires in Oct or Nov. can i buy this to extend 180 days from my expiry day?

    • I know that recharge vouchers are usually stackable, but not sure between a 6 month plan and a year long plan. Hope the rep will clarify soon.

        Hi There,

These are some of the FAQ's that would answer most of your questions.

        FAQ's

Can I buy more than one of these SIM's?

You can stack up to 24 months of Lebara recharges. We recommend you buy this SIM pack plus up to three 180 day vouchers. Remember if you are on an existing Medium or Large plan, you can stack further but only up to 24 months maximum.

        What about my existing plan?

If you are on Medium or Large Plan your current plan will still be active until its expiry.

What if I am on another plan?

Extra Small, Small & Extra Large Plans will be overwritten. If you need assistance with your account please call us on 126 122.

        • So there is no restriction between a 180 Day Plan and a 360 Day Plan when it comes to recharging, is there? I always recharged my phone using the 180 day vouchers, so I wasn't aware that one can mix vouchers of different months. Cheers

        • Hi Outthere,
myLebara show the plan name National Plan 12, is it okay to stack the recharge?

    • +2

I bought 2 recharges 6 months back when they had the same special and they stacked no problem. This is what Outthere posted when I purchased:

      Associated Outthere on 01/12/2017 - 15:02

Each 30 day plan can be recharged to a maximum of 24 times. This can mean 4 times of National 180 days recharge.

  • I'm with Vodafone at the moment. Can I port to Lebara by buying the starter pack sim and this recharge voucher? And buy another one to use after 6 months? Will this all work? Thanks for your time.

    • +2

Yes ported my wife's phone over from Vodafone and added two recharge vouchers. You can stack vouchers upto 24 months worth . But I think the vouchers need to be used in 60 days so don't hold on to it just stack them

    • +1

Yes and yes. You can buy 180 Day Starter Pack and a 6-month recharge voucher, so as soon as you port number and it is activated you can go ahead and recharge it with the 6-month voucher, which will give you a 12-month data and calls+text. Just make sure not to put the voucher aside for more than 60 days as they expire after 60 days. If you click on the voucher link you can see it answered under the FAQs:

Can I buy more than one of these vouchers?
You can stack up to 24 months of Lebara recharges (4 of these). Remember if you are on an existing Medium or Large plan, you can stack further but only up to 24 months maximum.

Edit: justhooked has already answered your question. :)

  • Thanks guys,

I see an awesome deal for one month starter pack -

    https://www.lebaraonline.com.au/prepaid-medium-30day-sim.htm…

Can I use this for a month and then apply the 180 days recharge voucher to stack? No FAQ on the 30 days link, somewhere in the fine print it says normal charge for further recharges.
