Amazing price. If you don't already own this or the MX Master then buy it!

Why would you recommend everyone buy one?

        Has shares in Logitech.

    • On my 4th!

Got price match at office work. $51

      • Officeworks sells the MX Anywhere 2S?

  • Prefer 2 instead of 2s. Can’t seem to find it.

      2s 100% better , multi devices

      • 2 is multi devices too. I'm curious why Aussie88 prefer 2.

        • a lot of reviews complain about the function of the mouse wheel button no longer being a normal middle button

          q. does it need the logi flow software installed to use as a normal mouse or is just that for the multi device copy paste support?

        • +1

I think LoveBargain means the Logitech software driver that allows a single 2s mouse to traverse multiple devices simultaneously as if they were a single device.

I have the 2 and that function isn't available to me.

I have no idea what makes the 2 better than the 2s though. Physically at least, I'm pretty sure they're identical for all intents and purposes.

@mauricem: don’t need it for normal mouse. But you get to use the extra functions like the button under the scroll wheel + swipe to go next desktop, etc.

Use the first generation Anywhere MX as a daily at work. One of the most comfortable mice I've ever used, plus the fact that it works on almost any surface seamlessly is amazing.

  • Says $54.40 on the website 😁

/edit OP beat me! I just bought one, thanks for the heads up

  • Thoughts on this vs. mx master 2s? Don't need portability and happy to pay 30-40 extra for the master if it's better.

    • I've got smaller hands so the anywhere feels a little less awkward. Pop by your local JB or Officeworks and see which suits.

      • Thanks mate

  • Massive bugger, just ordered from TGG's deal for ~$63 + $5 shipping… and it's not even shipped…

    • Buy it from jbhifi and return the order to TGG

  • Is this mouse good for gaming?

    • +1

There's no reason why you can't use it for gaming.

But there are probably other better options if you're looking for a mouse mainly for gaming.

I use my Anywhere 2S mouse at work or when travelling (it's a little smaller than most mice, but still very comfortable to use for extended periods of time).
I use a Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum (wired) for gaming at home.

I recommend looking at at their gaming mice range for some ideas : https://www.logitechg.com/en-au/gaming-mice

  • good timing, needed one, good price, thanks

  • Great price - thanks OP.

Now all I need is a similar deal on the MX Master 2S!

  • Thanks OP, was hoping to see a deal for G603 but this is a really decent deal, bought one with addition 7.5% discount through our reward program brought it down to $50.87 will collect in store :)

  • Got this last time it was on special. Highly recommend

  • Dam no price protection?

I got this mouse recently, its really good. Solid and feels good in the hand. I use it with Linux (Bluetooth) on the couch surface and it works perfectly. Pressing the wheel switches from clicky wheel rotation to free non clicky and the middle mouse button is the little square button near the wheel. I'm happy with it, this is a good price. Half thinking of getting another for work.

It also has a good LiPo battery which lasts ages (1month+) and to recharge it has a micro USB port.

  • I love my $4 Kmart mouse

  • Is master too heavy?
Like the size but worry about portability

    • master isn't too heavy but a bit bulky

    • If you can't lift it how do you expect to move it? Time the bit the gym

  • Can this mouse traverse between 2 devices running WinXP and Win8/10?

    • Ah, as far as I know, no.

  • Sweet. Great find. I'm getting me one. Thanks, OP.

  • Works with pixelbook out of the box without dongle.
    Good mouse.
    Great price.
    Clicks a little loud

    • not a little loud, it is very loud and crispy. louder than my gaming mouse.

      • it is a problem with the noise level of clicking?

  • If I buy this mouse and find I don't like any or all of the cons that people above me have mentioned, do I have any option to return it to exchange for a different mouse or get store credit?

I looked on the website but all I could find was this which doesn't address it, so I would assume you can't return for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product https://www.jbhifi.com.au/General/Corporate/Consumer-Matters…

    • I picked this mouse up yesterday and decided I didn't like it at all. I took it in today and asked to return it, offering to upgrade and pay for the difference to the M720.

Lady said they don't do exchanges for change of mind but she will do it today. So I guess it depends on their mood.

That's helpful but confusing. I won't rely on it though

  • Will it work with MacBook Pro with no USB ports :( or do I have to get a Dongle first?

    • +1

No dongle required on MacBook Pro, you can pair them with Bluetooth.

      • Thanks for replying

    • I use it beautifully on my Mac pro and laptop. Seemless

  • Tried to order this from 2 different stores for click & collect both showing in stock, but after submitting payment and checking order history both times the status of the order is cancelled.

    Anyone else have issues?

    • No. I ordered c&c from their Sydney Pitt Street store without a hitch last Friday.

  • bought one for work

  • Note that JB's current catalogue says that Logitech mice are 20% off until 1st July (i.e. today), so I suspect this sale ends today. If you want one, you should buy it online before tomorrow.
