I don't think it'd matter much with a 1060. It would if you're looking to upgrade the Gpu later on . Fyi I've used two different 450w psu in my 1060 build with no problem (one cheap and one considerably more expensive variant). Noticed no difference apart from the psu fan being quieter.
You won't notice the difference until the cheaper one gives up and dumps a load through one of your more expensive components.

Can anyone comment on the SSD and RAM they put in? I.e. is it DDR4 2400MHz or lower spec?
Please note this has No OS.
You will need to source a copy of Windows 10. They will probably include it and install it for about $100-150/-
