      Sounds like a drive to promote ebayplus membership thru sites such as ozb. Unfortuantely this may backfire because only very small percentage (if any) are getting this.

    Just spoke to Ebay. They stated that the name "PLUSTRIAL10" was the promotion name to describe the distribution of unique codes that provided $10 off not the actual code itself. OP has just taken this from the URL and assumed it was the code.
