No. I bought one printer to prepare for my studies at uni.
I have not received my coupon as well, have got in touch with their staff through the chat online link or you can call 1-800-812-393, they need 48hrs to get back, I think it is better off calling them. Luckily I had saved the screen shot of the bid accepted hence it would be hard for them to refute.
Just got a call from a Dell staff member. He's sending me the coupon in the next few hours. I also had to send a screenshot.
