The 970 evo is the successor to the 960 evo, and has a 5 year warranty whereas the 960 evo has a 3 year warranty.

The 500GB has a sequential write of 2300MB/s and 300TB endurance whereas the 250GB has a sequential write of 1500MB/s and 150TB endurance. Also, don't forget that an SSD performs fastest with 10-20% free space, so for ideal performance don't fill the whole SSD.

Cheaper from Budget PC at $271.80 delivered even without eBay Plus but can't be posted as a deal since they're not a top rated seller. The seller appears to be a relatively small seller, with just over 1000 feedback, but it's 100% positive and they've been selling for over 10 years.
