      Na that wont happen. My order wasnt even on a Prime membership, I just opted for the basic free shipping. I cant see how it would be fair to charge you more even though you held a prime membership at the time of order.

      In case they do, I'm confident you can contact customer support and get a refund. Amazon CS is very good.

  Got my Eclipse machine today - the sample pods had a best before date of Jun 2018… Not too far off and probably doesn't matter with pods, but I think I'll be contacting Amazon for some goodwill gesture!

  They dumped the massive box outside my building - no attempt even to press the buzzer. Luckily they popped me an email.

  Got the hand blender for $50. I can see now why they retail for $250+. Pretty impressive.

  I've now got better quality kitchen appliances than i've ever had in my entire life because of these Amazon AU sales.

  Dolce Gusto (Delonghi) Eclipse Capsule Coffee Machine - EDG 736S - Silver

  I bought this but it doesn't work. I have tried to clean it by following the instructions in the start up guide but it makes the noise but it will not dispense water and all the lights start flashing. Is there any customer support available form these guys or has anyone else had an issue? thanks

    had the same thing at first…had me scratching me head.
    all the noises but no water being dispensed. had to try 4-5 times before i got it
    so:
    1. turn on machine
    2. open water container > fill
    3. open capsule drawer insert cleaning funnel tool
    4. run hot cycle then cold
    …im pretty sure you need to follow these steps in that order for it to kick in. took me about 15-20 to work it out then smooth sailing.

      Thanks for the response. I will try it again tonight. I am almost sure I did this already like 3-4 times.

      When you say 'insert cleaning funnel tool' is that the 'white / clear' plastic piece? This was in the machine already when I opened it. Perhaps i need to remove it and insert it again as you said.

        dont worry had the same thing then…voila. it started then i made a test coffee and hasnt missed a beat since
        & yeh thats the cleaning funnel tool thing im talking about…

        it might have mainly to do with the water reservoir and inserting the capsule drawer in the right order and only once the machine is ready (solid green light). for some reason ive only had the issue once and that was during the initial cleaning process just like you…

        another thing you can do is when the water reservoir is out test that the feed valve is working correctly(located bottom of reservoir)
        just press it gently a couple times to make sure that water is being dispensed….
