We had trouble getting round to changing the signs this morning and it is only a promotion so the red stickers will still read the original sale price, but they will scan as $5. Hope this helps.

I don't know what's wrong with the website or whether it's just me but sometimes the prices show up as $5 and then sometimes something else.
I have to be honest, I havent heard anything as regards Cotton On online, even though I did ask, I didn't get a clear answer. I do know the sale doesn't apply to Factorie or even Supre yet either. Since the websites are all joined now, that could be why not everything is not $5, maybe.
Literally was about to check out $5 items and then half of them jumped to $20.

There is only a limited range and the price fluctuates quicker than the stock market. Make sure you are still only paying $5 a piece not $20 or something.

yep, lots of refreshing and adding same thing to the cart then when I finally got to my cart had to remove the 4 of each item I accidentally added (which was just as difficult as adding them in) LOL lucky it was free shipping so checked out a few times as items kept getting out of stock whilst browsing!

Got me a hoody in store at brookvale. It was like a zoo in there last night. Loads of womens clothes, only a few racks of mens.
I was there at 3-4pm bought $5 jean but not much for men.
Don't waste your time. Instore staff at CottonOn are generally great but Online Experience=Complete Fail.
Appalling CX and loyalty means nothing apparently….posting sales on bargain sites hours before sending loyalty members email notification of the sale?! :/
Took forever adding things to cart (on a very slow site), stuck with it despite things being sniped from under me and things frequently changing price, and then the checkout process totally jammed up. Couldn't remove items that were suddenly out of stock etc. Second time this has happened during a sale….6months ago….obviously not enough time to sort out the ecommerce site and the enormous disconnect between online and instore.
Is everyone aware that a lot of the sale items its only $5 on ONE of the colours, watch the price change up and down depending on which colour you have selected…
Just left Uni Hill outlet. So many people but lots of stock. Whoever managed to get there early would have grabbed some bargains as it’s a huge store. Managed to pick up a few things that weren’t online.
Saw some things I had ordered last night and realised I’d ordered wrong size. Told by staff member you can exchange but they don’t refund sale items.
