      Hi Gav, we don't remove any credit after the 4th trip. With this promo, you'll get 100% of what you paid back as credit – you could take a trip over the weekend and then use that credit to and from work on Monday!

        GoCatch Rep told me on last deal to PM to fix my lost credit… Still waiting after many complaints over 2 weeks😠

        But then, there are warnings on last deal of overcharging & lack of availability when you need a ride, so credit may be useless!

      To be fair, credits being deleted after 2 days seems to be a standard feature of their product offering!

    Not a reliable company at all. Told them to delete my account from their database after wiping all my credits away only to still receive promotional emails and calls from them! What kind of scam have I gotten myself into?!

      Hi knight321, it can take up to 7 days after account deactivation for your email to be unsubscribed. You can PM us your email and we'll ensure it has been removed.

        I first asked for my account to be deleted on the 14th. It is now the 29th and you people are still spamming me.

        When I say DELETE MY ACCOUNT it means IMMEDIATELY not WITHIN 7 DAYS. Trash system.

    Asked them to delete my account 3 times now, first time was the day after the scam, still waiting

    Who do we go to, to ensure they remove our accounts off their system?

    I’ve also requested multiple times to delete my account but the other day got a promo email. So I’m not confident they have in fact deleted.

    I do not want my account count towards their numbers for their ASX listing.

    This company can (profanity) off!

    Try to use Gocatch few days ago with the $25 credit, in the app showing 5 drivers nearby and none of them accepting the job. Even they auto changed my ride from Eco to Taxi and the driver still cancelled the job.

    I'm like WTF!!! 3-4pm in the afternoon and no driver want to work? What's the point of giving us the credit that you can't use it!

    My wife just got her credit balance of $60 completely wiped for no reason and then received this email.

    Seriously GoCatch can **** themselves. They have to be one of if not the worst company I have ever seen. And they are doing all this purely to get their subscribers up for their ASX launch to over inflate their share price. No thanks.

    Or about the same price as uber's normal prices without having to do 2 trips, let alone within the 3 days or whatever.

    It's good to see they managed to IPO. Means that people have the opportunity to short sell now!

    I sent them another support ticket to have my account deleted and I was told to unsubscribe from their mailing list, this isn't how account deletion works.

      Their response was:

      This is to confirm that we have already deleted your account on our system. Please kindly log out from the app for the changes made to take effect. Nor would I have to log out..

      If they had deleted my account, I wouldn’t have had to unsubscribe from their mailing list.

      Yep, got this response today.

      "Please be advised that the marketing emails you received was from the existing mailing list that we have. We have already forwarded your request for the removal of your email address from that list to our marketing team.

      There is also an option at the bottom part of those email to unsubscribe yourself from receiving email from GoCatch in the future."

      Why is it separate? If my account is deleted, ALL details should be deleted with it.

    Getting emails from GoCatch?! Report them and they will be fined.

    Forward the message to the Spam Intelligence Database at [email protected]. When forwarding an email, don't change the subject line or add additional text. The ACMA will contact you should we require further information

    They have smartly said that they'll give 100% cashback on PAID fair. What about the credits I earned by staying with your s*** company. If I want to double them because you already took the $80 worth of credit and rewarded us with $25 credit for your mess up.

    Should give cashback on Credits as well. Not just paid fare.

        I have been reporting those fake reviews on ProductReview.com.au however nothing seems to get removed.

        I don't know how to report the ones on the iOS App Store.

    I regret having anything to do with GoCatch.

    I have no confidence in their credit system.

    I just wish they would delete my details and stop contacting me.

    Harvesting our details for their own benefit, and not honouring deals they offered makes this a negative. Even moreso that credits expire in 2 days… though that's the average life of a gocatch credit.
