    Love travel. Hate server errors.
We’re sorry to interrupt your travel experience. Normal service will be resumed a.s.a.p.

    Server down for me…

  • Is this return or one-way? if it is one-way then it is no deal. Qantas with full service for $599 is way better than this with direct flight.

Edit: just checked, this is return fare, but if you need to add luggage and meal cost, it may not be that appealing.

It’s return, BUT the bag fees kills it. Add baggage and it’s the same price as QF/VA.

You would be mad to buy this, QF/VA/CX have been $400-$600 on Sake most weeks recently.

Even without bags it’s worth the extra $100/$200 for direct full service with baggage.

  • Don't know why people always assume it is 'worth it' to spemd $100/$200/$300 more for bags and direct flights. I go to uni, and my job lines up with the holidays, and i never need more than a carry on bag whenever I travel. So for me these deals are most certainly worth it. The stopover is a chance to catch up on reading/tv shows, and most airports are pretty comfy these days.

Basically just don't want people to be discouraged from posting cheap layover deals, because for me they're great!

    • If you job lines up with holiday it even makes more sense to not waste time with layover to just save ~$100. Times is worth more than money.

      • My point is exactly the opposite, since I wouldnt be working anyway, i am not losng any income. And I dont really value my time very highly lol
