      can confirm on a store level it has… all items got recalled at the quite a few months ago, we had none for a while and got heaps of new stock about a month ago

    I have one of the original cooking chef's which had NO recipe book with it so everything was/is guess work. Has support for the machine improved….I always found it frustrating that there were recipe books available overseas that were not available here. Its an area where the Thermomix/Tefal Cuisine Companion and even the Magimix are better.

      We have had the MG450 for many years and it's excellent. A bunch of people were complaining on productreview about it so I had to put my own review in as some people clearly are reviewing the wrong model or not using it in accordance with the manual.

      Can thoroughly recommend.

      Bought one at $150 and only used it a couple of times. Worked okay but I think there's a very limited range of people for whom it is actually useful.

    Looking at purchasing the Spiralizer FGP204WG your clearance price is $99.99, Bing Lee on eBay is $89 (less plus another 5%) and last month in the sales Bing Lee were selling them for $79.
    So not really a clearance price from your store as even Good Guys base price is cheaper before 5% discount on ebay is $99.

    Hi Rep, thanks for the post and discounts! Quick query: bought a Chef XL KVL4100, from the website it looks like the "Chef XL Sized Frozen Dessert attachment" doesn't actually fit that model? Is that right? The website seems fairly clear on it but the name just makes me think twice?

      I believe the problem is that the "Chef XL Sized Frozen Dessert Maker KAB957PL" has a bowl with a new attachment system that was introduced with the very first Sense models. They've since reverted to the original bowl attachment design on all current models, so the bowl in that package won't fit your machine.

      It might just be possible to buy the "Major Sized Plastic Bowl 26538A" currently on sale for $6 which should (probably?) fit your machine and just swap that with the plastic bowl that comes with the KAB957PL package. It would work out a lot cheaper than buying the "Major Sized Frozen Dessert Maker AT957A" that actually fits your machine (currently $149). I'd be interested to hear the reps opinion on this since I've considered trying it myself…

    I got my Order Shipped email on Monday 23/7. It specifically says "has been shipped".
    Today Toll is still showing it as 'Shipment Created' - ie it hasn't even been picked up yet…
    I can understand delay in processing orders - I do not understand misleading customers about when their item has 'shipped'.

      My Blend X Pro come with Harvey Norman Stickers all over it and dust. The accessories and jug seem brand new, although the jug also has a Harvey Norman sticker on it. I'm not complaining for the price (Harvey sticker says $399), but not as described (not just damaged box) and as mentioned below, OP is MIA.
