Thanks for the reminder. Lots of other things on sale, like -

      Pedal Nation Mountain Bike 3 - 4 Mudguard $1.00
Jet Black Jetrace Saddle Bag Small $3.00
Pedal Nation Folding Bike Hanger $4.00
Pedal Nation Medium Saddle Bag $5.00
Pedal Nation Disc Compatible Alloy Baby Seat Rack $5.00
Nitro 44 Piece Bike Tool Kit $15.00
Pedal Nation Deluxe Cycling Baby Seat $40.00

The product page for the Nitro bike tool kit says it's in stock, but I don't think it is - I tried checking out with a cart full of items (including the Nitro kit) and when I hit "place order" it came up with an error message stating that one of my items was out of stock. Unfortunately it didn't specify which item in my cart was out of stock … spent half an hour trying different combinations of items until I discovered that the Nitro bike kit was the culprit.

So instead of buying the Nitro bike kit, just bought a bunch of $1 & $2 Pedal Nation bike tools separately.

Also managed to snag some good deals on bike lights (Knog Boomer rear light $5, Knog Pop II front light $7, Knog Pop R rear light $5) plus the $1 mudguards WatchNerd mentioned above and $10 pannier bags.

      • Thanks for letting us know.

  • Similar but generic bike repair kits are roughly this price on ebay / aliexpress

And no 12 month Aus warranty.

  • Anyone able to comment on quality please? Haven't heard of pedal nation before..

    • It's Rebel Sports house brand. Will be reasonable quality, but without the bling of original brands.

      • +1

        But I want bling.

        • …chrome dont get you home…or something.

        • You are looking at the wrong section. See PC Master Race for all the RGB accessory bling.

        • …bling dont mean a thing…. a little better.

    • +1

      Quality almost similar to BBB

  • Tried to get 2 of the Pedal Nation 183 x 246mm U Lock's, but shipping was gonna be $50 to metro melb as it's a 'bulky item'. Killed the deal for me unfortunately :(

Tried to place an order online for home delivery and was unsuccessful as message at time of payment said some items are not available but did not indicate which ones (even though screen showed item in stock when adding to my cart and checking out). Called Rebel and was advised that if stock item number is low, home delivery order cannot be finalised even though screen shows stock available and you are taken through to payment screen. If your checkout does not work, it's because the Rebel shopping cart displays incorrect information about stock availability for online purchase.

they really havent got their website and stock availability working cohesively at all…log in problems further adding frustration, they really need to get their sh!t together. we want to buy their stuff but they dont make it easy!

      • I agree… bloody hard to work out what is in stock at given stores, what is available for delivery…. Too hard… I gave up! 8-/

  • Those 29" tubes went quick

  • -1

    Done, got two.

  • Very low quality looking bike repair kit. Those low quality hand pumps are horrible. For $7 it may be worth while if you're desperate.

For floor pumps, Aldi has $20 metal pumps every once in a while. Very high quality. Floor pumps are not portable but are way better than hand pumps.

Hand pumps are useful as they're portable so with you in an emergency, but super cheap ones are awful

  • Nice! Not interested in the toolkit, but will probably get a helmet for the boy.

Costco has the Bell Track helmet for $42 (youth/adult fit), barely fits.

    • Me too!
