Greetings everyone, I spotted this over in the deal from yesterday and thought it was worth posting up again. A massive thanks to peanutbutterjelly69 for pointing out the discount code!

I believe this is the cheapest this charger has been for quite a while, $1 cheaper than the previous deal in May.

This is a perfect charger for anyone who has picked up the Xiaomi Power Banks recently, alongside any Quick Charge 3.0 compatible phones, one of the best chargers on the market!

I used the Mastercard conversion rate to calculate the $AU amount as Banggood slightly inflate the conversion rate. Make sure you select the black model to get the price in the title, black is $1 USD more expensive.

For those who prefer a USB-C port with 18W Power Deliver, the BlitzWolf BW-S11 30W Type-C PD/QC3.0+2.4A Dual USB Fast Charger AU Adapter, is currently $15.83 AUD.

Note: Quick Charge is through the USB-C Port and not the USB-A port.

    • Can you please explain what Power Deliver really means?

How is it different from a QC3.0 USB-A port?

If neither can charge say a Macbook Pro how does the USB-C port any different/better than A?

      • Got the PD USB-C to fast charge my iPad Pro. Thanks!

      • Power delivery (PD) charging is basically a fast charging protocol. More information can be found on the Blitzwolf Website.

Also according to the description, the BlitzWolf BW-S11 is able to charge the Macbook Pro 2017. Just note that 18W USB-C PD isn't enough to charge the Macbook efficiently and is only useful for lightweight usage.

      • PD is part of the UCB C open standard.

QC is a licensed technology from Qualcomm that allowed for faster charging over USB cables before USB C existed. QC does not follow the USB standard.

      • PD (Power Delivery) is part of the USB spec, QC (Quick charge) is a proprietary Qualcomm abomination that sits atop USB.

Google implored Android phone manufacturers to drop QC some time ago when USB C started to become ubiqutious, we see that's not working well but hopefully PD will eventually win out. Your devices will probably be one or the other, so take care as to what works for you. Until this crappy situation is sorted (hopefully with the death of QC) we're stuck with this abomination :)

        • QC4+ is USB-PD compliant but we haven't even seen 10 phones with it. Most are still opting to use QC3 instead.

      • Google Pixel phone owners (such as myself) need PD enabled C-C cables and also the adapter. Not sure what other phones require PD though

    • What USB cable is needed exactly? I used this but it wouldn't fit in tbe slot

      https://m.banggood.com/BlitzWolf-AmpCore-BW-TC5-3A-USB-Type-…

Talking about the Type-C PD part

      • It just standard USB-C port. Might be a tight fit, when you first use it or prehaps you have a defective cable/charger.

        • Honestly, it ended up in the bin last year because of it not being able to fit in the tiny slow. I don't know what I did wrong. Oh well, thanks!

      • +1

        That's a type A-C cable, you'd want a C-C cable

        • Any deals/URLs for a C-C cable? TIA

        • +1

          Thank you, very much.

    • paid $4 extra for priority air mail, hopefully it will be worth

    • No way I bought it like a week ago…

    • what should I get for nexus 6p?

  • +1

Op forgot to mention the most important part, Australia plug.

    • Thanks, put it in the title now.

  • Would this be safe to use on my Pixel C tablet?

    • Get the one Richard linked above as it has USB-PD. QC3 will do nothing for a Pixel.

      • I had that one before but it ended up in the bin because the USB slot was too small for the cable to fit in. My tablet uses the older Type-C cables.

  • Got one, thanks.

  • Are there any sales on 3-4 Usb A ones? How many Watts are needed to charge them?

    • +1
      • cheers! i got the blitzwolf one.

        https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/389192

        this is another similar one

        • Just checked, and confirmed code is still working.

Make sure you're logged in, and pick CN Warehouse.

      • That's now cheaper at $19.19 USD with "20bws" :) I just went and updated it to help others.

        • ah i used the old code lol nvm

which is better the tronsmart or blitzwolf 5 port? there was a discussion on the tronsmart post saying blizwolf doesn't have overcurrent protection on the 2.4A ports but no consensus.

the tronsmart has more wattage though

Edit: all good i bought 1 of each to try cheers

  • Is there a reason all these charges are only ever 30w? Can't they go higher?

    • Cost, size and heat probably.

People that only want to charge a phone won't want to pay extra for a 100w one

  • Interestingly, Banggood doesn't collect GST :D

    • +5

They do, but they're absorbing the cost currently for us :)

  • Would this be as good or even better than the stock pixel 2 charger / for a pixel 2 device?

  • Don't know why but I ordered one again….

  • +1

Would this be overkill to power 2 rasp pis?

  • What cable would I have to get for iPhone X if I bought this charger to fully maximise te charger

    • Any mfi certified cable

  • Don't forget to choose USD and convert using mastercard rates. I accidentally ordered in aud..

    • How much is the difference? I usually don't bother switching.

      • About 70cents I believe. Somehow I got 70cents insurance automatically added as well.

        • I see, thanks for the reply, LOL I guess some insurance is better than no insurance!

  • Bought one for 16 the other day, still on route. Might grab another. Thanks OP!

  • silly question but are there any 3rd party multiport changers that support huawei's supercharge @ 5A per port?

  • I bought one of these from Banggood in the last deal, & it never arrived. Got a refund.

  • Anyone have any good experiences with these and Raspberry Pi 3 B?

  • Hi guys, anyone can explain me how to used the Mastercard conversion rate to calculate the $AU amount please?? Will it appear the amount straight away on the website before we pay?

    • Choose USD as your currency. Your card will handle the conversion. This usually gives a better rate, but we cannot say exactly what (hence the ~ before the AUD price) as it depends on the exchange rate fluctuations at the time. The website will not tell you what it will be.

If you want to know the exact price you will pay before paying then you will need to choose AUD as the currency on the website. However this will more than likely mean you pay a little bit more (maybe 70c or so for an item of this price).

I'm getting "This coupon can only be used 1000 Times." When i try to use the code.

  • +1

I'm getting this message when entering the discount code:

This coupon can only be used 1000 times.

  • Recommended Blitzwolf type c cables from bang good?

  • +1

Can confirm this is back again in the black colour :)

  • Awesome thanks! Will this work fine with the Switch or is there chance something like this could potentially brick it?

    • The charger will be fine to use.

The issue is poor quality usb cables that do not have a 56k resistor in them.

As the switch uses PD to charge, this charger will not charge as far as a PD charger.

  • price is now US $12.99 :(

    • Use the code in the OP to get it for the price in the title :)

  • Bah screwed up my first order cause I used points and it cancels the coupon.

Reordered it with coupon and requested them to cancel the original one.

    Bought 2

  • I don't have any QC devices. Can this still be used on older Android phones and tablets without QC?

I wonder why the white version is more expensive than the black? Considering there essentially the same product.

  • This is back again, need to make sure you un-select tracking to get this price.

    • Thanks. Was too slow last time and missed out.

  • Great units

Bought them as soon as I saw the deal and they arrived within a week.

    Basic postage

    Great deal, great service.

Not clear how much GST was collected Scott Morrison, but I'm sure once I get the tax invoice it will be clear.

  • Ordered white and arrived today. Reasonable 3 weeks shipping from Vientiane Laos. Product declared as gift. So no idea about GST tax.
