    It's a great phone, and waiting for some 7 Plus deals so I pull the trigger on my next phone, missed the pre gst $350 grey ones.

    The nokia 6 is $399 at JB everyday price before asking for discounts, would include Australian warranty and Australian charger.

    Is Eglobal supplying Australian stock or grey market ?

    Difference between local and grey stock might be 1 vs 2 sims, though Nokia doesn't seem to have a lot of different sku codes.

      Of course, the Nokia 6 (released January 2017), the Nokia 6.1 (released April 2018) and the Nokia 6.1 Plus (released in China in May but only just now being released globally) are different phones. 6.1 in JB is 5.5" with Snapdragon 630, 6.1 Plus is 5.8" with Snapdragon 636.

        This is actually Nokia X6 which doesn't have NFC, while the one you're talking about is the recently released Nokia 6.1, which has NFC.

          as i said it’s only $30 cheaper than jb off the shelf price ( before asking for discount) for the 2018 6.1, and it’s got an australian charger and warranty.

          grey imports should be focusing on the 7 plus as there is a greater difference between local and overseas stock in price, jb at $650 and we has had grey ones before june down to $380, so with gst would be over 30% cheaper if we get those discounts again.

          most of overseas grey import nokia 6,6(2018),6.1 plus has 4GB of Ram and 64GB storage

          I think JB hifi version is bit too expensive.. and who wanna use 3GB of RAM in 2018

      Not hardware wise, but the Nokia has Android One, so ships with vanilla Oreo 8.1 and if you want they have beta Android P.
      You will be on Android P on the Nokia before the Samsung 7.

      All without needing to root the phone or load custom roms, etc.

        Samsung 7 will probably never get any Android P. Android Oreo 8 is the last upgrade I guess. Samsung only provides 2 major upgrades. Samsung 7/7e came with Android 6.

      the plus gets a SLIGHTLY bigger screen by incorporating a notch , that segment in australia is filled in australia with the 7 plus ……albeit more expensive due to better hardware, nokia aren’t going to bring in every model as they get limited shelf space at retailers and some models won’t sell in big enough numbers.

      it’s why people were grabbing the 7 plus grey offers when they were under $400.

          Nokia 7 Plus is about $70++ more from the same website.. with NFC and bigger screen, Better Processor, and Better Camera (allegedly)

          but if u dont care with NFC and thinking Phone just for Phone, then Nokia 6.1 plus is OK.
