Non Lite has better specs (SD 660 vs SD 625) and fairly sure it has band 28.

Tried different browsers, and phone, and with new IP's and copy-pasting url; still get the same price ~$302Aud. It does offer two however for $199USD each which isn't too bad. Does your deal offer US $189.99 or even cheaper price for two? Maybe a target promotion as @shanty also got a 2 for one price.

@Low Punt: Banggood uses some weird witchcraft to display prices. I jumped on the non-Lite A2 that was showing 30% off. Wound up getting it for $286 minus cashback, of course.
Would have posted the deal here but I couldn't even replicate it on the same phone using Safari or Incognito Mode. It wasn't an email offer either.
