    something something plastic bags

  • You can do kogan for $16 per month with 16gb per month when they have their 40% off specials

    • Costs more but I suppose some would prefer the extra data.

      • If you need the extra data, provided you can tolerate Vodafone network in your area.

Edit: the above comment was totally changed :)

    • I believe the 40% is still on now

  • When I bought this last month there was an additional 6Gb data included.

I switched from Telstra to this plan earlier this year. This is much better value! Coles uses the Optus network, which seems to have slightly less 4G coverage because when I enable mobile data it sometimes takes longer to switch from 3G to 4G.

I don't understand why more people aren't using these cheaper plans.

because they don't know any better. a lot of people are stuck in the telstra/voda/optus bubble because that's all we had for a long time. Then even if they get told of the third party providers, they're scared/clueless/arrogant

I always rave about kogan to everyone. the prices are great and when they're on special are amazing. finally my mate messages me and is like my parents pay $30 each for phone calls and like 500mb data. what's that company you keep talking about. just changed them to kogan. from $720 combined to $310 combined plus 3gig data each. it's mental (and that was only with tiny discounts. if we waited for another deal, it wouldve been even cheaper)

  • If you consider price and data, still Belong is ahead with $20 referral credit. Don't know about quality of network. Belong uses Telstra and Coles uses Optus.
