    Signed up with a mailbox for ad mail and got one. BTW competition has been open since 2/2 so 2000 freebies may not last long.

    I think a definition of competition needs to be applied to these offers.

    not really a competition if it is for the first 2000 to sign up, though you need to compete against at least 2000 others to sign up before the number runs out. I guess in the olymics 100 metre hurdles you have to "compete" against 7 others to get accross the finish line first.

    maybe these offers should be listed as "first in, best dressed"

    the blurp for this is just the TnC.

      Yeah, it's described as a promotion in the T&C. Proll the ad writer used the wrong term in the footnote.
