    Hi OP.
    Note that it is up to 11%. The 11% is if the purchase is made through the Shopback app otherwise it's 5%.

    Might need to fix up the title.

    Cashrewards is running 10% off currently and from the comments I see here regularly regarding missed refunds with Shopback I'd go with CR instead.

      Yep this Shopback deal is a massive balls up. Looks like I blew $40 & won't be getting any cashback from them.
      Never again if that's the case.

    • I have never had problems getting tracked with CR. They have been great for me. Usually get emails within an hour that sale is recorded.

  • I made two separate purchases on Groupon via the Android Shopback App on two different Android phones. Both are not tracked, even though when the app redirected to a browser, it shows the text with "Cashback" in it on top of the page.

    In the meantime, all my purchases via the desktop browser extension are tracked fine.

    Anyone is having this issue? Or knows what the problem might be? I haven't been able to get any answers from Shopback support.

    • I purchased through the SB App on Sunday when they had the 10% off sitewide, and 7% CB. Still hasnt been tracked, was a $280 purchase as well @_@ I took a photo on my phone after the transaction went through though so I'll be fighting for it.

      • Ok. I have logged a missing Cashback claim for one of the purchase already, and was told via email that it "will take no longer than 75 days" to get back to me with the investigation. I'll send you a message regarding the other one.

  • Is there a cap on the cash back amount ? So if it’s a $1000 holiday will it be $110 cash back ?
