My cashback was rejected because I was not a "new Amaysim signup" and already an existing customer, despite purchasing a new service. Nowhere in the terms and conditions did it say I needed to be a new customer. I don't think I'll be using Shopback again - I'll stick to Cashrewards.

    • +2

Ouch! Appears we were mislead by ShopBack😠

I didn't create a new Amaysim account - used account that once had SIM (therefore not a new Amaysim customer).
Did the same helping family member on their account. $80 wasted!

Rep said just need to buy a new service (SIM) through ShopBack.

Q Does it matter if you already have an account with amaysim? Shouldn't affect cashback with new SIM?
A As long as you purchase a new service/SIM, it shouldn't be an issue.

On Amaysim dashboard of your account there is an option to "add a new service" - to your existing account! So new service/SIM is very different to new customer/account!!

ShopBack t&c do not stipulate only for new customers:
Cashback is only valid on new services (SIM) displayed on this page, activated by 31st July.

Based on that information & no stated need to be new customer (requiring new account), I bought😞

In a similar Amaysim deal, CashRewards clearly state a new Amaysim account is necessary. CashRewards has a guaranteed payout (if you follow their steps etc). Payout is less, but better that than risk not being paid by ShopBack!

I haven't ported & activated the $40 SIM just received. Have been concerned about comments about refusals.
Will wait a few more days for confirmation that I can't receive $60 back. Will then ask Amaysim for refund on this apparently stuffed up promotion😢

Given that ShopBack did not state the requirement for being a new customer to qualify for this deal, it seems this was misleading. I would not have bought the new service/SIM as an existing customer if I had known this.

      Upvote revoked.
I'm sorry I strayed TA! As CashRewards Rep, you provide such good and fast responses & support when we have problems. ShopBack seems to have stuffed up this popular offer up & walked away😒

💥Looks like ShopBack are about to get an unfavourable name change & angry protests on OzBargain unless they quickly sort this
      out!💥

      • hang on Infidel, so is yours rejected too? Mine are still in pending status.

        • Mine is still pending too. However upon reading many comments here about being rejected .. i am not sure now. This is not a good look for Shopback that's for sure.

        • Mine are still pending as still need to port. So outcome is uncertain, given cash back refusals.

But as I foolishly followed the Reps advice rather than take the safer path of creating new accounts, I will not be a new customer. (Had the flu & wasn't thinking!)

So won't qualify based on a t&c ShopBack seemed to fail to list in the offer on their site or clarify in this deal👎

Waiting on ShopBack / Amaysim to clarify next week.

Took up yesterday's CR lesser deal ($10 1GB with $25 back) but will miss unlimited overseas calls I planned & more GB for $40 with $60 back if I ask for a refund😞

If ShopBack have principles, they should learn from their likely mistake & honour the cash back.

      • In the same situation as everyone else. If Rep has stated no need to have a new account in previous reply, then ShopBack should honour all the cash back.

    • How did founding out?
Do you have an email explaining this reason for refusing cash back?

That would be handy information for confronting ShopBack to get what we were promised, or at least our money back.

      • +1

My Amaysim purchase was never tracked by Shopback so I submitted a missing cashback claim which was rejected. I then emailed Shopback asking them to investigate further, as I believed I qualified for the cashback. Their response was:

Cashback would be given to a new services (new Amaysim sign up).

Existing customer for Amaysim would not be rewarded for cashback.

Cashback is only valid on new services (SIM) which is activated before 31st July

I'm afraid this is as per Amaysim's Term and Condition for the cashback.

I'm not going to bother chasing it up anymore since Amaysim kindly refunded me.

        • +3

Thanks for the valuable information, Zonda.

¤Cashback would be given to a new services (new Amaysim sign up).
From my reading, ShopBack listed purchase of a new but not replacement SIM as a new service. There was no mention of new Amaysim sign up required in the ShopBack t&c!

ShopBack T&C: Cashback is only valid on new services (SIM) displayed on this page

This view was supported by the Rep in response to a question about having an existing Amaysim account:
Q Does it matter if you already have an account with amaysim? Shouldn't affect cashback with new SIM?
A As long as you purchase a new service/SIM, it shouldn't be an issue.

We fulfilled Shopback's condition by purchasing a new SIM!
Even the Amaysim account Dashboard lists the option of add a new service (SIM plan) to an existing account!! So Amaysim's own wording considers a new service as adding a new SIM plan (as we did) to an existing account.

¤Existing customer for Amaysim would not be rewarded for cashback.
That's not what we agreed to with ShopBack t&c!! That's not what the Rep told us!!

As I suspected, it seems Amaysim have "new customer only" in their copy of the t&c, but ShopBack failed to list that in their t&c on their site…

CashRewards list this "new customer only" t&c in all their Amaysim promotions.

Seems the fault is most likely with ShopBack.

Strange Amaysim signed off on this promotion. I would have thought that meant checking Shopback's t&c!

If ShopBack made the error in their promotion, it is up to them to foot the bill for cash back if Amaysim won't pay. It was an undertaking made by ShopBack, not Amaysim.

Wonder what ShopBack has to tell us😉

          Refunds invalidate cash back.
It's an option, but others should push for what they bought. Consider the Australian Consumer Law and consumer bodies to get what you paid for - the SIM plan + $20 cashback.

      Hey Zonda,

We're very sorry about this and we understand the terms might not have been 100% clear. We are happy to honour your cashback, so if you could private message us the email address linked to your ShopBack account, we'll follow up with our customer service team.

For anyone else with the same issue, please reach out to our customer service team via [email protected] and refer to this comment.

  • Mine is still pending too but based on comments above expecting it to be rejected..

I also used an existing Amaysim account but ordered a new service

    • Without that new customer t&c stated in offer, my guess there will be many of us in this uncertain predicament👎

  • +3

Failing to state "NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY" in an offer seems a major fail by ShopBack👎
(That was likely a requirement by Amaysim - to run this offer to attract new customers.)

Looks like that cost me (& family member) $80 for 2 SIMs & no likely cash back - as existing Amaysim customers😠

Probably many Ozbargainers are not new customers, having taken up the numerous Amaysim offers over the years.

CashRewards & their Rep TA makes that condition very clear in Amaysim deals, with advice how to get around it😉 Commented on this difference in CashRewards's Amaysim deal

ShopBack needs to clear up this mess😠

If ShopBack have principles, they should learn from their likely mistake & honour the cash back.
Hopefully the new customer condition is wrong.

Uncertainty is death for cash back offers!
Guess I'll use the much higher certainty of CashRewards in future👍

T&C still showing in link - take a copy / screen shot!
Bought the popcorn for the show🍿

  • ShopBack email reply to my cash back follow up:

Thanks for your reply on this.

May I check if you are a new customer with Amaysim?

Do you have the confirmation email from Amaysim that indicates you are a new customer? Kindly send it to us and we will clarify further with Amaysim.

Hope to hear from you soon. :)

ShopBack response to PM I sent about those with existing Amaysim accounts being refused cash back…

We're very sorry about this - we are still trying to clear things up first before we follow up the numerous queries on this and provide a solution to everyone.

ShopBack's responsibility was to have clarified t&c BEFORE offer was posted on their site!
Or at least when pointed out to Rep that we may have existing Amaysim accounts.

That is ShopBack's role & reason for being in this business - presenting an offer to attract customers to a business, so all parties win. All t&c must be presented - especially if only for new customers - that is Shopback's responsibility.

At this stage it does not look like ShopBack is up to speed in accurately presenting cash back offers (at least not in this one). (I did not take up the HelloFresh offer as I had doubts about large amount of cash back on a single purchase.)

It seems ShopBack may not have set out the necessary & complete t&c that I would assume Amaysim would have expected or possibly requested in this offer. Putting together an offer like this is not easy.

Amaysim should have needed to sign off that the offer was correct and fully as they required. T&C (like must be new Amaysim customer) can't be altered after the deal has been taken up!

It seems they may not understand Ozbargainers & our interest in saving money, not wasting it. And that we may have taken up earlier offers for same businesses in deals here.

If you can't rely on cash back, there is almost no incentive to take up the offer. If people get burnt by this ShopBack offer, why would you take up the next one? Social Media will spread the fail further. So it's on Shopback's interests to make this deal work for us!

The response by ShopBack will likely determine their success or failure on OzBargain, in my opinion at least.

Hoping for a good outcome for all👍

Don't think I've seen a major stuff up with cash back since the Yomojo fiasco😱
    That was definitely Yomojo's fault.

As in this deal, we did the right thing, complied with cash back site's t&c, so deserved what we were promised & paid for:
CashRewards paid out despite no payment from Yomojo.

We’d like to thank you for taking part and making a purchase through Cashrewards on a recent promotion run in June by Yomojo.
We value our members above all else and we want to be open and transparent in our communication with you.
Unfortunately there have been hiccups along the way with the confirmation of transactions through Yomojo and your purchase has been directly affected in this process.
Cashrewards has not received any payment for your sale from Yomojo, however on this occasion Cashrewards has chosen to honour your cashback amount of $35. This amount will be approved in your Cashrewards account today whilst we continue to resolve this with Yomojo.
We want you to carry on shopping with us and earning more cashback on the things you buy every day. We are so passionate about Cashrewards and without people like you we would not be doing this.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in resolving your rewards and thank you for using Cashrewards when you shop online.
    Kind Regards,
    Customer Service!

Now that was great customer service!
It earnt CashRewards respect & customers.
(and I wrote so much attempting to clarify the issues😀)

Maybe a lesson there for newcomer here, ShopBack😉

All I'll say is that's what happens when you deal Australian… most of the time. CR have like 40+ in Australia while Shopback is a Singaporean company with the vast majority offshored except for a small handful here to water the plants.

Noticed TA as CashRewards Rep toiling away over weekend ironing out minor issues with their Amaysim deal👍
What a difference in customer service - especially when we need it - NOW!!

  • +2

Still no response from ShopBack over unpublished "new customer signup" requirement in this deal.

Zonda's cash back refused due to failing unpublished "new customer" condition

An opinion on this serious matter - adding a t&c after purchase! Rep did not clarify condition early when asked

Only response from ShopBack has been to my PM.
We're very sorry about this - we are still trying to clear things up first before we follow up the numerous queries on this and provide a solution to everyone. 15:15 23/7/18
    We're still waiting…

This is very bad for those who met the ShopBack site's t&c, only to find an apparent new condition after we paid our money.

    Too much uncertainty with ShopBack😠
I need to port my number ASAP. Had set up to do it in this deal. If there are more delays, I will be charged for another month with current provider. Not happy👎

    Sent another PM
Come on, as a business you can't abandon customers like this! with link to above comment.

I received the following after I emailed the help desk for ShopBack. Fingers crossed.

    Hi Kelvin,

The T&C was updated recently, coming from Amaysim.

However your order should not be affected, if the order is rejected, do let us know and we can clarify further with Amaysim as long as the order fulfils the T&C as per previously shown.

Hope this helps and do let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Have a nice day. :)

    • +4

ShopBack offer no more than they will clarify further with Amaysim if your cash back is rejected!!
      THAT IS NO OFFER👎

That is what ShopBack have been saying throughout this deal - we'll clarify that, it should be OK, rather than give an assurance we will receive cash back.

We want our CASHBACK, NOT CLARIFICATION!

Clarification is what should have been done BEFORE this offer was published on the ShopBack site.

    • Got similar fairly reassuring response.
It would be unaffected if you are an existing customer, you should be eligible for the cashback as long as it is activated within 30 days from purchase and it is before 31st July.
In the event that the order is rejected, do let us know and we can clarify with Amaysim.

Trouble with cash back is the number of parties involved. ShopBack can't say Amaysim will give them the money (probably through another business).

CashRewards offer a guarantee (if correct steps followed).

And Amaysim considers those with existing accounts as new customers by creating a new account with a different email address…
But those who used an existing account (like I did)?? Asked support to clarify!

      Received PM from Rep
"We just wanted to make sure we were clear with everything before proceeding to answer all queries. Your cashback will be honoured, so please write in to our customer service team if you haven't already yet via [email protected]."

Waiting on clarification of all existing account holders (who meet other t&c) being eligible.
Will then accept offer & port ASAP. Otherwise will take safest course & ask Amaysim for a refund.

Hopefully ShopBack will be more responsive to issues like this in the future to avoid confusion! Admittedly this was not a Rep's deal.

  • +4

[UPDATE] Just received good news from Rep:
Yes we've been discussing with the support team - if you have it tracking in your account then it should be fine for cashback, as long as you activate it by the end of the month.

In the event it does get rejected (even though you've activated already), rest assured we will investigate and honour the cashback as we do understand that the terms were not completely clear.

Porting 1 SIM tomorrow to see how it goes…
It's been quite a battle to give this deal CLARIFICATION😀

    • Finally some good news. Now let's hope they honour their end of the deal. Hopefully everyone get's their cashback without any issues.

  • Thanks Infidel for chasing this up for all of us <3

  • And now the real battle begins… With Amaysim😱

PORTING PROBLEM: instructions are to click Activate SIM in account dashboard, the begin port. (can take up to 3 business days!)

BUT, clicking Activate took myself & others to a blank screen in Plan!

¤ This issue has been commented on in a recent Amaysim offer. Post link as I haven't found it! Or better - a solution!!

Tried Mobile Help > Activate SIM which has link to enter SIM number, but then starts the plan purchase process. Amaysim wanted $40 for same plan I've already paid $40 for!

Called Amaysim, gave SIM number - "that's a $2 SIM with no plan"!!
I protested I had paid $40 & needed to port number ASAP!

After providing port phone number, I was told to do what I had rung to complain about - open account in browser, click Activate SIM below the number to port - back to a blank Plan window…

I assertively & repeatedly told Amaysim their system had failed!!

Eventually she believed me there was something wrong with Amaysim system. I told her others have been complaining about this!

"Don't worry sir, I just have to change the settings…

Just to make things more complex… I was trying to activate an absent family member's SIM… "They will need to authorise this change to their account. Nothing I can do." Oh well😢

But if Amaysim system worked as they say it does, I could have done this online without this issue. That was what we had planned.

"A supervisor will call you within 8 working hours" was their only solution "and they will say the same thing."

Unfortunately I need to port out of MyNetFone before renewal on 27/7, so wanted to do that today!

I could use chat to try to get Amaysim to resolve the matter (they would likely accept me as family member, which they couldn't on the phone), but as there was so much typing as I complained - I don't think they'll fall for that.

Temporary solution: Port to a free $2 Vodafone SIM to avoid $35 monthly fee by MyNetFone (which uses Telstra). Should be a quick easy port.
Gives time to port to Amaysim when family member returns!

Next to port my own SIM😱

I only hope all this uncertainty & trouble will be worth it. But I think the $20 each Cashback will just disappear on indulgences as I try to forget all this🍷!

    • I had similar issues trying to activate the new SIM card I received. Contacted online help desk and apparently there was a system error linking this new SIM card to my account. Agent helped with that and got activated within the next hour

      • That's good. But it makes activation so much more difficult. Same problem in other Amaysim offers😢

With my SIM, just clicked in account & ported from Vodafone this morning. Activated quickly. Still haven't got Data. Now fully set up @4pm.

As family member is absent, was unable or unlikely to port today without authority. (Should have been as easy as my port.) Temporary Port from MyNetFone to Vodafone failed twice. Decided to give up & they can ask Amaysim for $40 refund on unused SIM. So no $20 bonus or free SIM on their account & lost their phone number in process😢

  • +7

Hey guys (and addressing Infidel's concerns),

We understand everybody wants to get their cashback if they have doubts, and we do apologise for some delays there may be with giving you an update on this situation, however it is indeed important for us to clarify things internally and with amaysim to ensure similar uncertainties like this don't happen in future.

In the event that your cashback transaction does get rejected (even though you've activated already/followed the terms), rest assure that we will investigate and honour the cashback as we do understand that the terms were not completely clear.

If your cashback transaction has been rejected already because you are not a new customer for example (even though you haven't cancelled your SIM, made a return etc), please write in to [email protected] to sort it out. You can also refer them to this comment if you wish.

    • This is good news, thanks for the update

    • Hi rep,

I'm in a slightly different position I guess.

I still haven't received my SIM. It was ordered on 14 July.

The main thing is this means I haven't been able to activate by 31 July.

Are you able to provide some assistance on this?

      • As this became a known issue with Amaysim,TA did an excellent job - was able to negotiate an extension in time to activate & qualify. Of course that was only for CashRewards users…

Sorry illumination, but you really needed to put pressure on Amaysim to resend SIM when it didn't turn up. Normal delivery time was within 1 week.

        Best of luck🍀

        • Haha I do not disagree at all. 100% fair call.

Just harder to do because I'm overseas indefinitely and have been since the deal started, so have been trying to coordinate this by having it delivered to a friend's address. Bit harder to negotiate and arrange logistically!

        • +1

          @illumination:
How dare you enjoy an overseas trip while we slave away on this deal in the cold😁
          Enjoy yourself.

Consider a refund for the SIM as a last resort.

  • +2

    From Support @Shopback

It was clarified further by Amaysim that it was for new customer and we have added the T&C as of Monday (23/7). So if the orders are rejected (made before 23rd July) with reason of due to existing customer, we can check with Amaysim and honour the cashback. So orders that made before 23rd July, it would no longer in terms of existing or new customer as both would be given for cashback as long as all T&C are abided.

  • Also, a word of warning. The sim is pre-activated. I had to call Amaysim to fix it.

    • Have received many SIMs on new numbers in a few Amaysim deals - some were, some weren't pre-activated.

Tip for next time: read the comments.
Amaysim usually sends out pre-activated SIMs - discussed in other deals.
I suggested elsewhere to port a number to avoid this. Giving any valid number, you can request a new number later (but not port to a different number & still get cashback!). That's what I did today by chatting with support.

      • Fair enough. But Amaysim should be clear inthe letter if the sim is pre-activated or not

        • There is a prominent sticker on the SIM (attached to the letter) if pre-activated.

You should check your account which shows this (countdown of days left if already activated). Some reported days lost were reset to give 28 days use - after first call etc.

Most people in other deals are complaining that their SIM was not pre-activated & having lots of problems activating! I commented on this issue above & in other deals.

  • I was unable to claim the $40 CB. Useless.

    It didn't track.

So I tried to raise a dispute and it makes you provide an invoice number before they can even look into it. Except Amaysim doesn't do invoice numbers. So I can't even get them to track it manually.

Total scam if you ask me.

    • Except Amaysim doesn't do invoice numbers. So I can't even get them to track it manually.

Yes they do. It's in the pdf invoice which you can find in your email or on the "Payments" section in your Amaysim account.

      • -1

They never sent me an email with any pdfs.

But I went to check out payments as you said and you are indeed correct. They do have invoices. They didn't email me this though. It's buried in a pretty unintuitive menu if you ask me.

I've provided it to them. Let's see where this goes.

    • +1

Doesn't sound like it's a dead end for you.

Think about the "intent" of providing the invoice number. Probably to act as a unique tracker.

IMO if you can provide evidence that the transaction really took place in the required period, that fulfils the "intent" of the invoice number.

      • I have an email from them saying You've added a new SIM to your account and how much I paid for it.

That's evidence. But they Shopback doesn't accept anything without an invoice.

        • +1

I have an email from them saying You've added a new SIM to your account and how much I paid for it.

Edited my reply above. Log into your Amaysim account mate. You'll find the invoice on there.

        • But they Shopback doesn't accept anything without an invoice.

Looks like CVonC has found a potential solution for you, but if this is really the case, I feel like it's an opportunity for improvement then. Sounds unnecessarily rigid.

It's logical to ask for it, but as I said - what's the purpose? If you can prove a transaction took place (instead of providing an invoice) then I don't see the issue and I don't think they should either.

Unless they just see it as a convenient way to avoid paying out cashbacks..?

        • +1

@illumination: they accepted the invoice but now they demand evidence that it was activated. From amaysim who send preactivated Sims. Sigh.

        • @lostn: That's ridiculous. How do you show proof that a SIM was activated? Perhaps login to the dashboard and show them the usage? You can't be using the service if the SIM wasn't activated.

        • +1

          @firestint:

what if you activate your sim but you did not start using t as many people here just want extra cash and not the sim.

        • @LoveBargain15: still fine as the dashboard will still show you've activated the SIM (the only requirement they need for us to get cash back) but with 0% usage.

  • I'm curious as to whether anyone has successfully got their $40 cashback from ShopBack? Sounds like most if not all are having some issues, one way or the other.

    • Still waiting on mine. Says on ShopBack it should be available by the end of September.

  • Got the same email saying to expect cashback by end of September.
Just got an email from Amaysim saying my account will be cancelled if I don't recharge within the next 9 days. Will not recharging have an effect of the cashback?

    • +1

Just got an email from Amaysim saying my account will be cancelled if I don't recharge within the next 9 days

Amaysim don't cancel almost new accounts like that - how could they hope to make more money from you?

Accounts / SIMs remain active for a year.

Have you checked the number on that account that is being closed? Best to read your emails😉
I've received a few emails for very old accounts Amaysim is warning will be closed!

      eg
You haven't recharged your amaysim service in a very long time and if you do not recharge your service within the next nine days, you will lose your amaysim mobile number - ***********.
If you would like to keep your mobile number ***********, simply recharge with $10 in your amaysim account and you will keep your number for another 365 days

      • You’re a genius!
My bad, it was for an Amaysim deal from a year ago. Should’ve checked the numbers.
        Thanks!

        • Glad I could help😁
Saw your comment days ago, then received a few top-up emails. Thought that might be the issue.

  • I'm in the same boat - cashback rejected. Just complained to Shopback. Shopback sucks!

    • Not rejected, just neglected for me.
Pending $60 Available by 25 Sept
Only finished 28 days phone use.

Also have earlier Vodafone offer Pending $24 Available by 6 Nov

Only Cashback confirmed was for ebay purchases - too small to be redeemed.

    • What was the reason it was rejected?

  • +1

My cashback for $40 was rejected, however, I was compensated $20 so that's something I guess.

I don't think I'll be using shopback again anytime soon.

    • +1

What was the reason they rejected your cashback? Did Shopback or Amaysim compensate you the $20?

Yeah… I don't think any of us will be using ShopBack anytime soon, with the way they're running things.

      • +1

The reason was Amasyim determined that my order was not attributed to Shopback. Shopback was the one that compensated the $20.

        • Thanks for that clarification.

  • Just received $24 Cashback on 2 accounts from ShopBack Vodafone deal🎉

My $10 welcome & $5 perks credit will take another 5 days to be available.
Will wait for those before requesting payout.

    Just a good sign.
Waiting on $60 Cashback on this deal on 2 accounts.

    • Did you receive the cashback on the confirmation date listed on ShopBack for the Vodafone deal?

      • Too long ago - think the date changed anyway.

  • +1

Just checked the status of the pending $40 cashback from this deal and it's now all of a sudden showing as $35.

I am also an existing Amaysim member although the last time I had a service with them was years ago. Will see in 2 weeks if that's even honoured.

Revoked my vote on this deal because I was mislead by the rep as other members have been, and Shopback/Amaysim has changed the terms of the deal without notice.

    • https://imgur.com/a/x6XnVWo I have only made the one purchase with this account, not sure if I'm getting $50 or $60. I bought the $40 sim with $60 cashback.

    • Hey guys, looking into this as we speak.

    • +1

My cashback also dropped from 40 to 35, 60 to 50. Why would this happen?

    • +1

Noticed the Pending amount at top of account is less than the total of all Pending Cashback???
Same on another account for family member.
Happened after confirmation of $24 Vodafone Cashback.

Pending Cashback for this deal shows as $60 on both accounts.

    • Just an update, we have fixed this issue which somewhat adjusted rates to what they were from another cashback offer early July. Sorry for the confusion everyone!

      • Hi Rep, I received a notification today from Shopback that my Amaysim cashback is confirmed. Upon checking, the cashback confirmed has been reduced to $10 instead of $35. I'm not sure why the change in the cashback amount. It is getting annoying to need multi follow up on this cashback. I've PM you my Shopback account. Kindly look into this.Thanks.

        • Hi F1ngolf, sorry for the issues in place. We've fixed this up for you now.

        • @gotyourback: Saw the rectification on the confirmed cashback amount. However, the available balance remains the same. Is this due to some blocked out period before confirmed cashback amount is available for withdrawal? Thanks.

        • @F1ngolf: It should be available right away as it's confirmed, but due to caching it could take a moment for the balance to refresh.

        • +1

@gotyourback: I see that the available balance has been updated. Thanks.

  • My account still shows
Pending $60 Available by 25 Sept
    Maybe TODAY??…

    • $60 confirmed today👍
Family member has Pending $60 for 27/9.

        Me too!

  • 🎉Happy Days😀
At long last correct cashbacks are arriving in accounts!

After mistakes, unannounced changes, & misrepresentation by Shopback, fights to get clarification & undertaking to honour deal, it's all been worth the long wait.
