        You get the nuggets first when you walk in, then grab a number, as you sit down to eat them, use the app again to get table service for the fries :)

          You can also do all the offers in the kiosk. One by one (can only use 1 offer for 1 order). The staff usually don’t mind if u pick all orders up at once

    TLDR: Don't use Mobile Ordering - use the Kiosks and scan.

    This will be the last time i ordering via the mobile….

    I ordered - walked down to collect and it prompts you to choose a pickup or dine in method. (By default it just says - code for drive through) - There's no kiosk in the Brisbane CBD store [Elizabeth St].

    Got down there and the app prompts but doesn't let me choose pick up or dine-in [Currently haven't an issue - try again later].

    Showed the lady and she says - Oh its cause you chose drive thru.. - But there's no option to "CHOOSE drive thru". She holds firm - telling me no food - I show her receipt saying I've paid though….

    5 minutes of back and forth [Decent line behind me now…]…. [She still won't acknowledge my order].

    My order magically appears in their system ~ with a different order number… WTF….

      Well I have used the app many times, the only time I had an issue was the first week it launched (when it kept telling me I wasn't close enough to the store, while standing by the counter).

        The manager lady in that store was super rude… even after seeing my receipt….

        Lodged a complaint - Got 3 extra nugget for free.

      I really think it's funny how there's an app for everything these days, but the apps make it harder to actually do the end result.

      I'm the kind of guy who is happy with a website with basic features or an in-person system.

      I've had nothing but problems with the app too, also the touch screens at my local are slow as molasses and every time you go in there the screens all have half completed orders where people have given up.

      So unless you order at the counter you are in for a world of pain. The KFC app works awesome.

      My App had errors recently too. Ordered but showed an error message but guessed the order was mine at the counter despite getting no number (I checked email later and it was correct). It later ordered the same deal 3 times but didn't go through credit card.

      The funny thing was that it kept telling me to use drive-through even though they didn't have one. It's was a shopping centre and although my car is small, I'm sure I can't drive down the escalators to get my order. (It was at Chadstone Shopping Centre) :D
