Qantas Premier Platinum 60,000 FF Sign Up Bonus, 2 Qantas Lounge Passes and $300 Qantas Flight Voucher - $299 Yearly Fee

110

Looks like a new offer from Qantas for the Qantas Premier Platinum card. Don't know if the Qantas $300 travel credit/voucher is received every year (like the Amex Travel credit is) or is only a 1 off.

Also combine with this offer for an extra 10,000 points-

  • Doubt very much the travel credit is every year, else it'd be advertised as such.

      Once off.

To earn one $300 Qantas Flight Voucher, you must successfully apply for a Qantas Premier Platinum credit card by 30 September 2018, then spend $4,000 within 90 days from card approval. Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Refunds, Chargebacks and Special Promotions do not contribute to the spend threshold. The Flight Voucher will be sent to the email address on your Qantas Frequent Flyer profile within 6-8 weeks of meeting the spend criteria. Flight Voucher can be redeemed for one-way or return Qantas domestic or international flights departing Australia only, is non-refundable and cannot be used for multi-city, Classic Flight Rewards, Points Plus Pay- Flights, Points Plus Pay bookings, or redeemed for cash. The Flight Voucher is redeemable online at qantas.com/giftvouchers and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

      • Less valuable than the 20k points imo.

  • I'd be interested to know the value of the 'Qantas Premier Concierge'. I doubt it is possible but it would be very handy to have if they could do FF award bookings.

I was say the value would be $0

It's essentially a line used to book stuff, most of which you could do yourself quicker and cheaper.

  • Used to be 80K bonus credit but without $300 Qantas voucher

  • "New" applications only - does anyone know if there's a 1 month, 6 month, 12 month wait after cancelling the last card? (I'm guessing 12 but can't see anything in the T&C)

    • To me that sounds simply as “existing customers are not able to claim bonus”.
Probably best way to confirm is via a phone call

      • I cancelled my last Qantas card the other day. It remains active for 30 days after cancelling I think. Give it two months and you should be OK to apply again! Applications might be linked to your QFF account though, so they can easily check.

  • This is a very good offer. Does anyone know if it's Citibank that provides the card?

For some reason they always reject me despite being accepted by all other banks. I must grate with one of their algorithms
