Seeing this makes me appreciate the Amaysim Groupon deals.

My Amaysim sim never arrived. I emailed them about it and they emailed me a link on how to manage multiple cards. : (
      That happened twice. Sleazy bastards.

    28 days, what another scam…

  • $80 3gb every 28 days for 168 days ?

    Not a bargain IMO

  • If I bought 3 do I need to activate all of them by Oct 31st?

    • +1

That's how I interpret the fine print.

  • Really not that good. I just signed up with Telstra again for 20GB data, unlimited calls and text for $39.

    • same deal,i got offered when i went into telstra ….not bad if you want telstra for one reason or another.

big thing with optus used to be cheap data share sims but they don’t do those for new customers anymore, cheapest now is $10 pm, telstra have data share some for $5 pm, not sure on which plans you can pool.

this is making telstra look attractive if you have a phone and a gsm tablet or you run your laptop off a mifi.

      • Yeah I think they go rid of the data share for the newer plans and replaced with peace of mind data… I think. Not a fan of Telstra either but they do have the best network so for an extra $5 a month compared to this deal it’s a no brainer got me. Optus do have very appealing plans but everyone I’ve talked to about them says to stay clear.

  • Excess mb data per 7 cents..
    So 1gb per 70 dollars

  • Lycamobile is by FAR the worst mobile provider of Australia.
Customer Centre (in India, I guess) is terrible, they even hung up on you. Don't waste your money and energy with this.

don't make racial remarks, just share your opinion based on facts and proof.

      • I don't think I was racist.
My opinion is based enterely on my own experience with Lycamobile. The customer service is terrible, and it is a fact that is located overseas. I never said anything bad about Indian people, you simply wanted to see it that way.
Anyway, my apologies if you got offended.

        • Fact is yes Lyca has call centers overseas and in the Philippines. But this is an Australian run business. Companies like Amazon and Google run shops in India would you state the same way for them?

        • @Jet_k: Just curious, are you negging the deal or the comment?

        • @chibot: negging the deal and the comment both

  • Since when does Pre-Paid mean that you have to pay extra for data?

    “Excess data charged at $0.07MB”

    • If you go over the data it gives you,it charges 0.07 per MB

      • If you have main credit.

Neg for a really horrible company. Harder to get rid of them than of Jehovas witnesses

  • I don't have 6 friends!
    No deal

Agree awful company. Signed up for a month and of course a second month charged to my card, when I asked for non-renew. Trying to get my money back will be a PITA!

  • Don't join them over priced no mms messages included does not include 13 130p or 1800 numbers hard to port over
