        Shopback is terrible in general. I've made multiple purchases on cash rewards after cashbacks last Groupon hight percentage promo. Guess what? All my cash rewards are already in my account, cashback hasn't even tracked anything from the Groupon promo.

      I bought Vodafone sim through Shopback on 08 Jun, was been told cashback on 08 sep, but now changes to 08 Nov.

          They are keeping us out from all of their promotional credits, as this Vodafone cashback will easily make most of users reach $10 payment limit.

          Still waiting months for an approval and my initial cash is being withheld.

          The livechat is offshored to overseas, making communication hard and it is still offline when I have tried.

          Just to clarify if anyone else has the same issues with any sign up bonuses not being approved even though you've earned enough cashback - you'll need to update your withdrawal details (it'll then be approved after a few days).

          I had a look at your past correspondence with us and this response will be similar to what has been communicated to you already.

          I know it might seem like a while with getting your cashback approved but some of the partner stores/networks we work with only validate orders after some time (to ensure no returns/exchanges/cancellations are made) which is why it might appear to take so long. Only once they confirm that your order hasn't been cancelled, returned etc, we then approve your cashback.

        You don't have PMs enabled but unfortunately Vodafone has extended the validation period which is why this has been pushed at a later date. Totally understandable that no one wants to wait that long, but we're trying to negotiate with them so that everyone can get their cashback sooner.

    Had a problem with invalid code for one specific groupon when trying to buy through the app. Contacted Live Chat and they refunded me the 15% after purchase.

      Go to Cashrewards website and when you click Shop Now at Groupon, groupon will be opened in the app

    Just tried on https://www.groupon.com.au/deals/ga-kondalilla-eco-resort-5, only got 5%. Not listed as excluded.

    EDIT: Uh oh just realised its 15% on app and 5% on web. How do I revoke a downvote?

    Facebook just had a post for Groupon - 30% off with the code MASSIVE. Didn't read through conditions etc, but can't hurt to try it if you're buying anyway.
