This is what I found, looks like should work fine in Oz?this phone is not working for australian market. it is chinese version. you can not install google play store.do not trust the instruction from the site, it is not working at all. bought one before and it has all chinese apps. if you are looking for a item can ONLY make phone call and SMS, it is great choice. Not others. Cost a lot post it back to China.

Flashing a new firmware is something one should be prepared to do if buying cheap phones from overseas markets. Pretty straightforward process to flash a ROM, it's not basic user's cup of tea but.Oh forget above, comment. Didn't see that it can't be rooted yet.

They replied to me that I should go to find local shop to fix the problem.Such a unresponsible seller. I am not paying someone to fix a new phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
