  • 5 megapixel…. That's so 2000's you could call this "retro"

      For a kids' camera, low MegaPixels isn't really a bad thing - young kids mostly take hundreds of photos of rubbish and the higher the resolution, the higher the storage requirements and battery usage.
      Less megapixels can result in a better quality image too, depending on the size of the lens and sensor. In the 2000s, professional DSLRs were only about 6MP.
